Rolled material dispenser lockout

An assembly and method of forming a disposable container lid dispenser assembly and which is constructed to sequentially dispense respective container lids from a stack of container lids housed in the dispenser assembly. The dispenser assembly is generally defined by a tube, a pressure plate assembly and a door assembly. The door assembly is movable relative to the tube to allow loading of the tube with a stack of lids and supports a cover that is moveable relative to a door. The door and cover cooperate with one another to define an extraction gap shaped to allow manual extraction of a discrete lid from the stack of lids contained in the dispenser assembly. A plurality of deflectable projections extend across the extraction gap and operate to ensure separation of discrete lid from the remainder of the stack of lids during each extraction event.

Roll towel dispenser lockout

A cutting board assembly that includes a plurality of anti-slip support assemblies that maintain usability of at least one of the opposing surfaces of the cutting board assembly for cutting operations and which maintain a sanitary and cleanable construction of the cutting board assembly. Each support assembly includes first and second support bodies that are constructed to engage one another and cooperate with discrete through-holes that are formed in the body of the cutting board. Each support assembly includes an anti-slip layer that protrudes above the discrete cutting surface and sealingly cooperates with the walls of the discrete through-holes to maintain a sanitary and cleanable condition of the cutting board assembly. The body of the cutting board assembly is constructed to withstand exposure to high temperature conditions associated with use thereof.

An ice-tray for ice-making machines is formed by modular fabricated cups that can assembled together within a frame to create an ice-tray of arbitrary dimensions allowing a sharing of components among a variety of ice-tray sizes. Individual cups may include ice formation sensors or heaters or may be heated by an induction heating system.

A feed assembly for dispensing rolled web material from a bulk roll of material and that includes a feed drum and a pair of pinch rollers that cooperate with the feed drum. The feed drum and pinch rollers are oriented and constructed to mitigate jamming and/or undesired displacement of the web material as it progresses through the feed assembly. Preferably, a drum guard is disposed between the pinch rollers and is constructed to further mitigate undesired translation of the web material relative to the feed assembly during dispense operations.

Rolled web material feed assembly

A lockout system that limits use of a rolled web material dispenser assembly to dispense only authorized rolls of web material. The lockout system includes a hub and an insert that cooperate with one another to define mating registration elements that removeably cooperate with one another and provide a rotational cooperation therebetween when engaged with one another. The insert is shaped to be received in a bore of discrete authorized roll of web material. In one embodiment, the insert includes an overlapping portion formed between opposing ends of the insert and preferably between rotational bearing surfaces associated therewith. In another embodiment, the hub supported by the dispenser is moveable relative to the dispenser and renders the hub unavailable for operative cooperation with inserts that are not configured for cooperation therewith.

Rolled web material dispenser material lockout systems

A lockout system that is configured to limit use of a rolled web material dispenser assembly to dispense only authorized rolls of web material. The lockout system includes respective first and second mating registration elements that removeably cooperate with one another and provide a rotational cooperation therebetween when engaged with one another. One of the registration elements is non-removeably associated with each authorized roll of web material and the mating registration element is associated with the rolled web material dispenser assembly. The first registration element is supported by the bore of discrete authorized rolls of web material. The corresponding and mating second registration element is supported by the roll dispenser. Mating of the first and second registration elements provides a rotatable linkage that facilitates rotation of the roll relative to the dispenser assembly during the dispense activity.

A lockout system that is configured to limit use of a rolled web material dispenser assembly to dispense only authorized rolls of web material. The lockout system includes respective first and second mating registration elements that removeably cooperate with one another and provide a rotational cooperation therebetween when engaged with one another. One of the registration elements is associated with each authorized roll of web material and the mating registration element is associated with the rolled web material dispenser assembly. The first registration element defines an insert engaged with a bore of discrete authorized rolls of web material. The corresponding and mating second registration element defines a hub that is supported by the roll dispenser. Mating of the first and second registration elements provides a rotatable linkage that facilitates rotation of the roll relative to the dispenser assembly during the dispense activity.

A switch suitable for use in contaminated environments provides for internal support of the operator allowing an oversized opening in the housing of the switch through which the operator extends. In this way contamination on the outer surface of the operator may be accommodated without a jamming of the operator in the retracted position.
