A control device for an internal combustion engine. The control device is arranged in a bypass duct between a pressure side and an intake side of a supercharging device. The control device includes a bypass valve comprising a valve-closure body which is configured to be pneumatically actuatable, and a control pressure space. A solenoid valve is configured so that a fluidic connection can be established and closed via the control pressure space between either the pressure side and the intake side or between the pressure side and the atmosphere: When the bypass valve is in a completely open position, the fluidic connection exists at least temporarily via the control pressure space between either the pressure side and the intake side or between the pressure side and the atmosphere. A closure of the fluidic connection brings about a resulting force in a closing direction on the valve-closure body.

Control device for internal combustion engines

A solenoid valve with an electromagnetic circuit includes a return plate, a yoke, a coil wound onto a coil carrier. The coil carrier includes an internal thread and comprises a dimensionally and temperature-stable material. A core includes an outer thread. The core is disposed in the coil carrier via a direct interlocking connection. The outer thread of the core is disposed within the internal thread of the coil carrier and is configured to provide adjustment for the core. An armature is configured to be movable and to act at least indirectly on a valve-closing element. The armature is supported in the coil carrier by a supporting device.

Solenoid valve

An electromagnetic valve with an electromagnetic circuit includes a coil wound onto a coil former, a core, a magnetic return device, a valve closure element, a guide pin, and an armature which is substantially hollow. The armature is mounted so as to be movable with an inwardly directed face on the guide pin. The armature acts at least indirectly on the valve closure element. The guide pin comprises a surface. The surface is arranged to point radially outwards so as to form a first part directed towards the core and a second part directed towards the armature. The first part is configured to be magnetized. The second part is configured not to be magnetized. A control edge is formed between the first part and the second part.

Electromagnet valve

An arrangement of a NTC resistor in an electromagnet includes an electromagnetic coil comprising a main winding and a shunt winding, a coil carrier configured to have the electromagnetic coil be wound thereon, a first contact terminal and a second contact terminal configured to supply a voltage, a NTC resistor, a first contact lead comprising a first contact lead end, a second contact lead comprising a second contact lead end, and a third contact lead. The first contact lead, the second contact lead and the third contact lead are configured to interconnect the first contact terminal, the second contact terminal, the main winding, the shunt winding, and the NTC resistor. A fixing element is configured to be elastically deformable and to exert a spring force so as to fix the NTC resistor between the first contact lead end and the second contact lead end.

An electropneumatic converter for connection with an exhaust recirculation valve in a motor vehicle. The electropneumatic converter includes a vacuum port and an atmospheric pressure port configured to connect with a valve chamber using a valve device, wherein a mixed pressure is formed in the valve chamber and supplied to a mixed pressure port. An armature is affixed to a valve body of the valve device movable in an axial direction, the valve body being connected to a suspension device, wherein the armature is displaceable in the axial direction using a solenoid. The electropneumatic converter also includes a damping element configured to dampen the axial movement of the armature and the valve device affixed thereto. The damping element includes at least one of an elastomer or a foamed material.

Vibration- and pulsation-attenuated electropneumatic converter

Valve arrangement for pressure regulation of fuel introduction in an internal combustion engine having a pressure regulation and a shutoff function that can be actuated by an electromagnetic drive. A housing is provided with at least one inlet connection and at least one outlet connection, which are connected to one another by a connection channel. The electromagnetic drive includes an armature which acts on a tappet supporting a closing element, which opens or closes the connection channel. At least one pressure spring element acts on the closing element either directly or indirectly in the closing direction. The armature is supported by a core which can adjust the electromagnetic force applied to the armature.

Valve arrangement for pressure regulation of fuel supply in an internal combustion engine

An electromagnetic control valve having a coil housing and a valve housing provided with a connector for inlet into the valve housing of a medium whose pressure is to be controlled. The valve housing has a chamber connected to ambient atmosphere and a pressure valve controlling communication between the chamber and the medium introduced into the valve housing. A by-pass channel is connected to ambient atmosphere, and a suction valve controls communication between the by-pass channel and the medium introduced into the valve housing. The pressure valve comprises a valve plate facing a valve seat in the valve housing for selectively opening and closing an opening in the valve seat to respectively connect and disconnect the medium introduced into the valve housing from the chamber. The valve plate is slidably supported by a basket and is biassed by a spring against stops provided on the basket. An electromagnet in the coil housing acts to displace the basket when the electro-magnet is energized to apply the valve plate against the valve seat and cause the valve plate to be lifted off the stops. A predetermined pressure difference for the opening of the pressure and suction valves can be established within close tolerances.

Electromagnetic control valve responsive to positive and negative

An electromagnetic switching valve for use in an internal combustion engine has a coil housing containing an electrical coil, and a value housing containing a valve plate for selectively opening and closing an opening in the housing through which a medium can flow from an inlet to an outlet thereof. An armature is in operative association with the coil electrical coil for undergoing longitudinal movement in the housing depending upon energization of the coil, and the armature acts on a rod movable with the armature. The rod is radially guided during movement thereof, and the rod is connected by a ball and socket joint to the valve plate. The rod is engaged with the armature within the coil housing for longitudinal movement therewith without any radial connection therebetween. The valve housing which containins the valve plate can be inserted in a surrounding connection housing which may contain a filter and elastic valve elements for pressure control.
