A low gloss ASA-based resin composition having excellent weatherability and heat resistance is provided. The low gloss ASA-based resin composition is obtained by blending a general SAN copolymer, a heat-resistant SAN copolymer, a crosslinked aromatic vinyl compound-cyanide vinyl compound copolymer, and an amorphous inorganic material with large diameter and extra-large diameter ASA graft copolymers at a predetermined composition ratio. The low gloss ASA-based resin composition is useful in the manufacture of a high-quality molded article in which gloss characteristics are uniformly exhibited because impact resistance, heat resistance, flowability, weatherability, and low gloss characteristics are all excellent, and particularly, the gloss deviation on the entire surface of the injection molded article is significantly reduced.

Low gloss ASA-based resin composition having excellent weatherability and heat resistance

Disclosed are a synthetic resin composition for use as building materials such as window frames, as well as a product manufactured using the same. More particularly, the synthetic resin composition comprises a tetrapolymer of acrylic rubber-styrene monomer-butadiene rubber-vinyl cyanide monomer and a styrene-vinyl cyanide copolymer having a high molecular weight and a high degree of dispersion. Unlike products manufactured using prior polyvinyl chloride (PVC), building material such as window frames manufactured using the synthetic resin composition are recyclable, and thus can contribute to a reduction in the generation of hormone-disrupting chemical dioxin, which is released in the burning thereof. Also, the resin composition can be manufactured into products having excellent properties of weather resistance and colorability without using environmental pollutants such as cadmium stearate or lead stearate, which are used as thermal stabilizers.

Synthetic styrene resin composition for environment-friendly window frame

Disclosed herein is a novel stabilizer for preparing a polymer polyol, which is used to prepare polyurethane foam having improved physical properties. The stabilizer is prepared by allowing maleic anhydride to react with a polyether polyol, having an OH functionality of 3-8 and a molecular weight of 3,000-15,000, and then adding ethylene oxide to the reaction solution. Because the molecular weight and functionality of the stabilizer are increased through aging and dimerization, the stabilizer has a high molecular weight of 5,000-30,000, a high OH functionality of 6-10 and a viscosity of 3,000-15,000 cps/25&#xb0; C. A polymer polyol derived from the stabilizer has low viscosity compared to those of prior products and contributes to the improvement in the physical properties of the resulting polyurethane foam.

The leakage current measurement apparatus automatically selects one of non-inductive shunt resistors of 10&#x3a9;, 100&#x3a9;, and 1000&#x3a9; and measures leakage currents of an outdoor isolation material for an ultra-high voltage. Additionally, the leakage current measurement apparatus is capable of measuring a relatively wide range of leakage currents with a relatively high precision, even at a remote location, as a measurement range is automatically adjusted within measurement ranges preset by a user when leakage currents of an outdoor isolation material change, and being protected against a surge possibly generated by an ultra-high voltage. Also, it can remotely measure in real-time leakage currents of an outdoor isolation material installed at a remote location over Ethernet.
