A semi-active mount structure may include a nozzle plate mounted between an insulator and a diaphragm, to divide an interior of a main case into an upper fluid chamber and a lower fluid chamber, the nozzle plate being formed with first and second fluid passages, a plunger mounted in a housing coupled to a lower surface of the diaphragm such that the plunger is vertically movable, the plunger opening or closing the second fluid passage in accordance with application of electric power to a coil, a valve spring disposed between the plunger and the housing, to apply elastic force to the plunger, the valve spring dividing a space defined between the diaphragm and the coil into an upper space and a lower space, and a valve mounted at a vent hole drilled at one side of the housing for air to be introduced into or discharged from the lower space.

An inner-shaft bearing bracket structure may include an inner-shaft that may be installed between a differential gear or a reduction gear connected to a motor or a engine for generating rotational power of a vehicle and a drive shaft for transmitting the rotational power to wheels of the vehicle in a vehicle width direction, bearings which wrap an outer peripheral surface of the inner-shaft and to which the inner-shaft may be rotatably coupled, and a bearing bracket which connects a pipe that houses and supports the bearings therein and a boss formed in the motor to project forward, wherein the bearing bracket may be disposed on a side surface of the boss and may be coupled by bolts in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle body.

A structure for mounting a bearing bracket is provided. The structure includes a supporting portion into which a drive shaft is fitted and a coupling portion which is enlarged from the supporting portion and is fastened by bolts to a fixing portion formed at a power train. An orifice plate apparatus for an engine mount filled with magnetorheological (MR) fluid may include a coil assembly having a coil wound thereon and being annular in shape, a core assembly unit housing the coil assembly, formed in a discoid shape, and defining a flow path of which an upper passage may be disposed in a top surface of the core assembly unit, and a lower passage may be disposed in a bottom surface of the core assembly unit, wherein the flow path may be formed annularly along a perimeter of the coil assembly, and a flow path separator installed between the upper passage and the lower passage, such that only a unidirectional circulation may be enabled for the MR fluid passing through the flow path.

A structure of an orifice plate for an engine mount filled with a magnetorheological ('MR') fluid may include a core of which a center part may be formed at the center thereof and a blade part may be formed with a plurality of blades protruding in a radial direction from an outer periphery of the center part, and a coil assembly enclosing the outer periphery of the center part and wired up, wherein a gap may be formed between the blades so as to allow the MR fluid to flow between the blades and the coil assembly applied with current magnetizes adjacent blades to have different polarities.
