An embodiment of the disclosure provides a heater package including a substrate, a first barrier layer, at least one heater, and a second barrier layer. The first barrier layer is disposed on a surface of the substrate and has a first treatment layer on a side away from the substrate. The heater is disposed on the substrate and includes a heating layer and at least one electrode. The at least one electrode and the heating layer contact with each other. The second barrier layer covers an upper surface and a sidewall of the heater and has a second treatment layer on an opposite side or the side away from the substrate. A ratio of a thickness of the first treatment layer to a thickness of the first barrier layer and a ratio of a thickness of the second treatment layer to a thickness of the second barrier layer range from 0.03 to 0.2.

Heater package

The disclosure provides an electronic device. The electronic device includes a stretchable substrate, a plurality of electronic elements, and at least one connection element. The electronic elements and the connection element are disposed on the stretchable substrate. The connection element is disposed between two adjacent electronic elements, and the two adjacent electronic elements are electrically connected to each other via the connection element. Each electronic element may include at least one functional unit and an electrode, wherein the electrode is in direct contact with the functional unit. The connecting element includes at least one stretchable conductive unit and at least one buffer conductive unit, wherein the buffer conductive unit contacts the electrode, and the stretchable conductive unit is electrically connected to the electrode through the buffer conductive unit. The yield strain of the stretchable conductive unit is greater than the yield strain of the buffer conductive unit.

Electronic device

A package of photoelectric device including a substrate, at least one photoelectric device, a first barrier layer, a wavelength-converting layer, and a second barrier layer is provided. The photoelectric device is disposed on the substrate. The first barrier layer is disposed on the substrate and covers the photoelectric device. The wavelength-converting layer is disposed on the first barrier layer. The second barrier layer covers the wavelength-converting layer. A composition of the first barrier layer includes a nitrogen content of more than 0 atomic percent (at %) to 10 at %, an oxygen content of 50 at % to 70 at %, and a silicon content of 30 at % to 50 at %.

Package of photoelectric device

Roll-to-roll printing apparatuses are disclosed. The roll-to-roll printing apparatus includes a printing device with a squeegee moving along a first direction transferring a pattern of a stencil to a roll of working pieces. A sending roller and a receiving roller are disposed on both sides of the printing device. The roll of working pieces is rolled along a second direction to a printing stage of the printing device. An alignment device is disposed corresponding to a position of the stencil and the roll of working pieces. A drying device is disposed on one side of the printing device and may be on the same side with the receiving roller, wherein the drying device cures the patterns on the roll of working pieces.

Roll-to-roll printing apparatuses

A structure of a coplanar gate-cathode of triode CNT-FED and a manufacturing method thereof by Imprint Lithography and ink jet. The structure includes a substrate, a plurality of cathode layers, a plurality of gate extended layers, a plastic dielectric layer, a plurality of dielectric openings, and a plurality of gate electrodes. The plurality of cathode layers and the plurality of gate extended layers are coplanar, and formed on the substrate by Imprint Lithography and the plurality of dielectric openings are made by Imprint Lithography. The gate electrode, made by ink jet or screen print, can be extended through the plastic dielectric layer to the gate extended electrode to feature the coplanar gate-cathode.

Structure of a coplanar gate-cathode of a triode CNT-FED and method of manufacturing same

A method for fabricating the cathode plate of a carbon nano tube field emission display uses a photosensitive paste and etchable dielectric material to fabricate the cathode plate. The method combines photolithography process and etching process to fabricate a cathode electrode layer, a dielectric layer, a gate layer, and a carbon nano tube emission layer. Packing this cathode plate structure with a conventional anode plate together can form a carbon nano tube field emission array. The distribution of the electric field is uniform and the alignment at post-process is made easy.

Cathode plate of a carbon nano tube field emission display and its fabrication method

A field emission display panel device that incorporates carbon nanotube emitter layers for emitting electrons wherein the carbon nanotube layers has a smaller width than the conductive paste layers it is deposited on is disclosed. The width of the carbon nanotube layer should be less than &frac34; of the width of the conductive paste layer, or in a range between about &frac14; and &frac34; of the width of the conductive paste layer, i.e. such as a silver paste layer. The present invention novel structure prevents the overflow of the carbon nanotubes, after a curing process for the nanotubes is conducted, onto the sidewall of the conductive paste layer, and thus significantly improves the electron density projected toward the flourescent powder coating layer to produce an image with reduced electron scattering. As a result, image clarity, definition and contrast can be improved in the FED device.

Field emission display panels incorporating cathodes having narrow nanotube emitters formed on dielectric layers

A field emission display panel of the diode structure that has a dual-layer cathode and an anode formed on a bottom glass panel and a method for such fabrication are described. In the FED panel, a plurality of emitter stacks is formed each having a layer of dielectric material, a first layer of a conductive paste coated with a layer of nanotube emitters on a peripheral, sidewall surface as a cathode, and a second layer of the conductive paste deposited on top of the nanotube emitter layer. The first layer and the second layer are formed in a column shape. The second conductive paste layer stops any nanotubes left on a top surface of the first conductive paste layer from emitting electrons in an upward direction and restricts all emitted electrons in a downward direction.
