A wheel drive shaft arrangement for a vehicle has a wheel drive shaft having a first and a second axial end, a constant-velocity joint provided at the first end, The constant-velocity joint has a first articulated joint member and a second articulated joint member which are drivingly and pivotally connected. The first articulated joint member is drivingly connected to the first end and the second articulated joint member is drivingly connectable to a driving member of the vehicle. The wheel drive shaft arrangement has a double centered universal joint provided at the second end. The double centered universal joint has a third articulated joint member drivingly connected to the second end, a fourth articulated joint member drivingly connectable to a wheel hub of the vehicle and an intermediate articulated joint member drivingly and pivotally connecting the third and fourth articulated joint members.

A vehicle steering assembly comprising an input shaft to be connected to a steering device, a first electric motor connected to the input shaft and arranged to provide a steering device torque and/or a steering device angle, an output shaft connected via a steering linkage to a number of ground engaging members, a rod placed between the input shaft and the output shaft, a first arm rotatably connected to the input shaft and rotatably connected to the rod, and a second arm rotatably connected to the rod and rotatably connected to the output shaft, a second electric motor connected to the output shaft and arranged to provide a steering control torque and/or a steering control angle, wherein the rod comprises a flexible drag link, which in combination with the first and second arm provide for forces in longitudinal direction to be absorbed.

Vehicle wheel end arrangement

The present disclosure relates to a shaft adapted to be at least partially inserted into an opening of a shaft receiver. The shaft comprises a nominal shaft portion adapted to be at least partially inserted into the opening of the shaft receiver, followed by an intermediate shaft portion that in turn is followed by a guide shaft portion terminating the shaft. The shaft comprises a cross-section with a cross-sectional contour in a plane including the central axis, the cross-sectional contour comprising a nominal shaft portion contour of the nominal shaft portion, an intermediate shaft portion contour of the intermediate shaft portion and a guide shaft portion contour of the guide shaft portion. The cross-sectional contour comprises a radial direction being perpendicular to the central axis, wherein, as seen in the radial direction, the nominal shaft portion contour is located at a nominal radial distance from the central axis.
