A diaphragm valve having a movable diaphragm () configured as a closure element has a valve housing () and an actuator (), the diaphragm () being clamped between a flange () of the valve housing and a base () of the actuator () and being provided with a first identification means () in which data which are adapted to be read out wirelessly are stored. A further identification means () is also fastened to the flange () and/or the base (). The read-out surfaces of the further identification means () are substantially at right angles to the read-out surface of the identification means () on the diaphragm ().

A valve drive system for a pneumatic or hydraulic valve is provided, comprising a drive unit and at least two cup-shaped upper casing parts having different geometries, wherein the drive unit comprises a sleeve, a piston being movable in the sleeve in a linear way, a drive spindle mounted on the piston, and a mounting portion, wherein each of the cup-shaped upper casing parts is couplable by means of the mounting portion to the drive unit, to close the valve drive system to the upper side.

An actuating unit for a process valve is described, which comprises a pilot valve unit, a separate removable seal arranged between two parts through which a fluid can flow, and a piston configured for the adjustment of the process valve. The seal has through openings for the passage of fluid, and the adjacent parts have holes, such that different holes are in fluid communication with each other via the through openings or are fluidically separated due to an intermediate wall portion of the seal depending on the fitting position of the seal. A process valve having such an actuating unit is furthermore described.

A linear valve drive for connection to a valve body which has a valve seat is described, wherein said linear valve drive comprises a drive housing, a valve closure element and a piezoelectric actuator which is arranged within said drive housing. Said valve closure element is displaceable in the axial direction between an open position and a closed position by means of said piezoelectric actuator and an interposed actuating device. Said piezoelectric actuator is supported on said actuating device via its side directed towards the valve closure element. A diaphragm valve comprises at least one valve body which has at least one inlet, at least one outlet, at least one flow channel and at least one shutoff web dividing the flow channel into channel portions. The diaphragm valve furthermore comprises a diaphragm which rests on a circumferential sealing seat of the valve body, and a drive having a drive housing, the drive being coupled to the diaphragm to press the diaphragm against the shutoff web for closing the valve. The diaphragm valve furthermore comprises a fastening unit for detachably locking the drive to the valve body, the fasting unit having a bayonet cap and an additional central retightening unit by means of which an axial tightening force is generated.
