A device () for accommodating a disposable container () has a receptacle () with at least one receptacle wall () that defines an interior of the receptacle () for accommodating the disposable container (). The device includes a temperature control unit for controlling the temperature of the receptacle wall (). A lighting device () is located on an inner face of the receptacle wall () that faces the interior of the receptacle () and that has the temperature controlled by the temperature control unit. The lighting device () is designed to emit light into the interior of the receptacle ().

Device and method for accommodating a disposable container

A filtration system () has a filtration unit () with at least one filter element () for filtration of a fluid. The at least one filter element () has a main flow direction (C) for the fluid. The filtration unit () is configured to tilt the at least one filter element () around a tilting axis (B) to change an orientation of the main flow direction (C). A main unit () is fluidly connectable to the filtration unit () and includes a supply unit () configured to supply the fluid to the at least one filter element (). A control unit is configured to control supplying and/or evacuating the fluid to/from the at least one filter element () and to control tilting of the at least one filter element () around the tilting axis (B).

A presterilizable filtration system is provided and is to be disposed of after a single use. The system has a recirculation tank and a filtration module that are connected to each other in a circuit via a hose system that can be regulated by at least one valve. The valve has a disposable separate valve part that can be integrated in the hose system and a reusable actuator.

Container apparatus

A clamping device () is provided for cartridge filtration modules () that have a distribution plate () with a feed channel (), a retentate channel (), a filtrate channel, and a first contact surface (). At least one filter cartridge can be clamped between a contact surface () of the distribution plate () and a clamping surface () of a clamping plate () that can be moved orthogonally to the contact surface (). The cartridge filtration modules () can be stacked on one another in an area of their distribution plates (). A common distribution plate () for adjacent filter cartridge arrangements can clamped against the contact surface (). Adjacent filter cartridge arrangements can be connected in a parallel circuit via the distribution plate (), and the cartridge filtration modules () that can be stacked on top of one another can be connected in series via the distribution plates ().

Cartridge clamping device

A filter holder for receiving filter cassettes () and a method for sterilizing the filter are provided. The filter holder has first and second parallel plates (). The first plate () is fixed and the second plate () is movable along at least one rail () by a drive () so that the filter cassettes () can be clamped between the plates () with a predefined clamping pressure. The drive () is designed to be removable. The at least one rail () has at least one tension rod () with a spring clamping element () so that the first and second plates () can be clamped with a pre-definable pressure against the filter cassettes ().
