The present invention relates to a tube head () for provision and application of a liquid, the tube head () comprising a spout () with an opening () for dispensing the liquid in the form of drops, wherein an applicator () is provided, the applicator () being attached to the spout () and extending in the longitudinal direction of the spout (), wherein the applicator () comprises receiving means () for receiving the liquid dispensed by the spout () and wherein a gap () is provided between the receiving means () and the opening () of the spout () in the longitudinal direction. The invention furthermore relates to a tube () with such a tube head (). Gap sizes may differ for different tube heads and tubes, respectively.

The present invention relates to an insert () for a tube () for dispensing liquid content in the form of drops, wherein the insert () comprises at least one notch () at its outer wall, with the notch () extending in the longitudinal direction, wherein the insert () is provided with an annular indentation (), the annular indentation () dividing the insert into a proximal part () and a distal part () that are connected by a shaft (), wherein both the proximal part () and the distal part () comprise a notch () extending in the longitudinal direction on the respective outer wall, and wherein the outer diameter of the proximal part () and the outer diameter of the distal part () of the insert () are such that they match the inner diameter of a spout () of a tube (), into which the insert () shall be placed. The invention further relates to a tube () with such an insert ().
