A device for regulating a flow and distributing a fluid in a fluid circuit. The device has a housing with port elements and at least two disc elements, which are each formed with at least one passage opening. The disc elements are arranged at a distance from each other in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the device. A valve body, which has at least one passage opening, is formed between the disc elements. The at least one passage opening of the disc elements and the at least one passage opening of the valve body each are formed with the arrangement of the valve body relative to the disc elements and to the housing to control at least one flow cross section of a flow path through the housing with the port elements and through the disc elements and the valve body.

Device for regulating a flow and distributing a fluid circuit as well as a conveying unit with the device

A multi-port, rotary actuated valve assembly for controlling fluid flow in a vehicle is provided, which includes a valve housing defining a puck-receiving cavity. A puck is positioned within the puck-receiving cavity and is rotatable therein. The puck has a plurality of chambers that interconnect different combinations of ports provided in the valve housing depending on the rotational position of the puck. The chambers in the puck include at least a first chamber and a second chamber, each of which include a chamber opening on the distal end of the puck. The opening to the first chamber on the distal end of the puck is radially inboard of the opening to the second chamber such that at least two separate and parallel fluid flow paths are provided on the distal end of the puck along which fluid may enter or exit the first and second chambers, respectively.

A compressor is disclosed. In one aspect, the compressor includes a pressure chamber which is delimited by at least two housing parts, the housing parts including sealing surfaces that are connected by a connection device which applies a contact pressing force between the sealing surfaces. At least one groove extending in a circumferential direction is arranged on at least one sealing surface. At least one relief opening is arranged on at least one of the housing parts. The relief opening connects the groove to the surroundings of the compressor and emanates from the groove. The groove is arranged such that when a predetermined maximum pressure is exceeded in the pressure chamber, a pressure-building medium can gather in the groove and at least partially escape through the relief opening.

A reciprocating piston machine includes a drive shaft having a central axis, a driving element rigidly connected to the drive shaft and extending essentially perpendicular to the central axis, a guide sleeve enclosing the drive shaft and axially displaceable thereon, and a spring element for applying a force to the guide sleeve and which on the one hand is supported on the guide sleeve and which on the other hand introduces forces into the drive shaft. Forces from the spring element are indirectly introduced into the drive shaft.

Reciprocating piston machine

A reciprocating piston engine, particularly a coolant compressor for motor vehicles, includes at least one piston movably supported in a cylinder. A pivot element in the form of a pivot ring is supported on a guide body attached to a shaft in an axially movable fashion such that the pivot element can execute a pivot motion. The pivot motion causes movement of the at least one piston. Spring forces of at least one return spring act on the pivot element in the direction of a start position in which the pivot element is pivoted at a starting pivot angle to a plane on which the rotary axis of the shaft stands upright. At least one further spring element acts on the return spring with an initial tension when the pivot element is in the start position.

A compressor, such as an air-conditioning compressor for motor vehicles, particularly with a drive which has an adjustable swept volume, for the intake and compression of a refrigerant and a lubricant separator, which separates lubricant from the refrigerant, in particular, in the discharge pressure region of the compressor. The lubricant is introduced to the drive by a partial flow branching off from the high pressure refrigerant flow.

An axial piston machine, especially an air-conditioning compressor for motor vehicles, including a power unit which is rotatably driven by a shaft and in which the rotary movement is converted, via a swash plate, a wobble plate, or a pivot ring, into a fore-and-aft movement of pistons that suction in and compress pressure media. The shaft is mounted in a forward, first axial bearing, among other things.

The invention relates to a compressor, particularly for air conditioners in motor vehicles, comprising a safety device for limiting high pressure, whereby the safety device is hermetically sealed until first responding, after which it slowly reduces the system pressure.

A reciprocating piston machine, in particular a compressor, such as for the air conditioning system of an automotive vehicle. The machine includes a casing and at least one casing cover. A working unit including pistons and is arranged or formed in the casing. The intake and exhaust zone or a front shaft bearing are arranged or formed in the casing cover (covers). The casing cover is screwed on the casing. The screw assembling is carried out with the aid of ring nuts or saw tooth screw threads between the casing and the casing cover, wherein the casing and cover are made of materials with different strengths and different thermal expansion coefficients.

A reciprocating piston machine, such as an air-conditioning compressor for motor vehicles, including a pivot ring and a guide sleeve that is provided axially slidably on a drive shaft and is provided with radially projecting bearing sleeves. The pivot ring and the guide sleeve are interconnected by pins so as to be rotatable relative to each other while being axially joined in a fixed manner, the pins being mounted in bores of the pivot ring and in bores of the bearing sleeves of the guide sleeve.

A COcompressor for an air conditioner of a motor vehicle is suggested having a sealing device, assigned to the driveshaft of the COcompressor, which is implemented as a sliding ring. The COcompressor features a lubrication device, in which the sealing device is supplied a lubricant flow effected by centrifugal forces.
