A planetary gearbox includes a shaft, a planetary carrier, first and second planetary pins arranged on the planetary carrier, first and second planetary gears mounted on the planetary pins via respective bearings, and a lubricant collecting tray. The shaft has a shaft channel for radially conducting a lubricant to an outer face of the shaft and the planetary pins have respective pin channels for conducting the lubricant to the respective bearings. The lubricant-collecting tray has a collection space for collecting the lubricant supplied via the shaft channel and hollow feed ports that open into respective pin channels. The hollow feed port closest to the shaft channel, when viewed in a circumferential direction, has an opening cross-section that is less than an opening cross-section of the other hollow feed port.

Planetary gearbox and lubricant-collecting tray for a planetary gearbox

A planet carrier assembly includes a shaft and a planet carrier with a first carrier side plate. The shaft includes an axially aligned axis of rotation, a guide surface, and an axial stop axially adjacent to the guide surface. The first carrier side plate is materially bonded to the shaft at a first joining zone formed axially between the axial stop and the first carrier side plate. The first carrier side plate has a holder radially supported on the guide surface and centered on the axis of rotation. The guide surface may run in a circumferential direction around the axis of rotation. The guide surface may have at least a section of an external cylindrical surface.

Planet carrier assembly

A transmission device includes an axis of rotation defining an axial direction, a supporting component, and an oil collector. The supporting component includes connecting holes and oil inlets. The oil collector includes a support plate, a channel connected to the support plate, oil guiding nozzles plugged axially into the oil inlets, fastening elements for holding the oil collector on the supporting component, and platforms disposed on a side of the fastening elements facing away from the supporting component. The channel runs around the axis of rotation and includes an outer contour. The fastening elements are at least partially fixedly engaged with the connecting holes. The platforms project radially from the oil collector radially beyond the outer contour. Each platform includes a planar surface and a projection. The projection projects out of the planar surface and axially beyond the platform.
