A force transmission element for a balance or load cell is adapted to be arranged between a load receiving unit, receiving the load to be weighed, and a load application point of a load cell, in order to transmit the load force exerted by the load. The force transmission element is designed at least partly as a framework composed of hollow rods, in particular round rods, wherein the force transmission element, in particular the hollow rods, is/are produced at least partly using 3D printing technology.

The pole plate is connected to the housing in a manner decoupled from the permanent magnet by a rigid fastening device and is positioned in such a manner that a lower side of the pole plate faces an upper side of the permanent magnet with a gap formed there between.

A method for optimizing the running properties of a rotating belt of a weighing belt conveyor includes, for at least one rotation of the belt, determining a unique reference position on the belt. A force signal is determined in dependence on the movement of the belt with respect to the reference position during the at least one rotation. From this force signal, the course of a deviation of the force signal from a set value as a consequence of a disruptive force is determined. At least in correspondence with the direction of the determined deviation, the mass of the belt is increased or reduced at locations in dependence on the position of the belt with respect to the reference position.

The invention relates to a weighbridge for forming a scale, in which a load is distributed onto individual levers by means of two or more bridge elements, wherein oppositely rotating levers are coupled to one another in each bridge element in order to create a sum force in each individual bridge element. The sum forces from each bridge element are coupled via connection elements to superimpose them in order to form an overall measurement force detected by a force compensation system.

The evaluating unit uses a predetermined rule for each weighing cell to determine a correcting quantity from the disturbance signal of the acceleration sensor(s) as a function of the weighing cell geometric location relative to the geometric location of the acceleration sensor(s), and in that the weight signal, which is affected by the acceleration disturbance(s), of the relevant weighing cell is combined, with the correcting quantity in such a way that the influence of the acceleration disturbance(s) on the weight signal is substantially compensated.
