A process for manufacturing a coated panel. The process can comprise providing a panel having at least an upper surface, a lower surface, and edges joining the upper surface and the lower surface. The panel can be arranged so that the lower surface is facing upwards, and first particles can be dispersed on the lower surface of the panel. The process can comprise turning the panel so that the upper surface is facing upwards, and applying first particles and second particles on the upper surface of the panel. A d&#xe9;cor can be applied in the form of a printed pattern to the upper surface. The process can further comprise curing and/or melting the first particles to form a sealed upper surface whereby the surface forms a coating providing at least one property of abrasion resistance and scratch resistance on the surface.

Process for the manufacturing of decorative boards

A process for manufacturing a coated panel. The process can comprise providing a panel of a desired dimension or cutting a panel to a desired dimension. In some embodiments a panel can be provided with joining functionality. A surface of the panel can be coated with a powder and the powder cured to thereby treat a surface of the panel.

A process for the manufacture of a decorative surface element, which element comprises a base layer, a decor and a wear layer of a UV or electron beam curing lacquer. One or more structured surfaces, forming embossing surfaces of one or more rollers or moulds, are positioned on top of the decorative lacquered surface, possibly after having cured the lacquer to a desired viscosity, and are continuously or discontinuously pressed on to this. The lacquer will be provided with a surface structure which enhances the decorative effect of the decor. The wear layer is then completely cured.

Process for manufacture of surface elements

A process of the manufacturing of decorative boards with an abrasion resistant surface and edges with joining functionality. This process includes the steps of a) cutting a carrier board to the desired dimension and molding edges with joining functionality, b) treating at least the upper surface of the board, c) applying radiation curable dry acrylic lacquer powder by means of electrostatic spray nozzles, d) heating the acrylic lacquer so that it melts, and e) curing the acrylic lacquer by UV- or electron beam radiation.

Process for the manufacture of surface elements

The present invention is directed towards a separation media based on adsorption comprising a polyvinyl ether having different or identical vinyl ether subunits, and towards an insoluble polyvinyl ether comprising free terminal valencies, side hydrogen or methyl groups, as well as plurality of hydrophillic organic groups, wherein hydrogen is replaced by organic residues having affinity to bioorganic molecules.
