A snap connection is provided between a push rod, e.g., of brakes, to an actuating element, e.g., a brake pedal. A fastening clip () is detachably fastened to the pedal. The push rod includes a spherical end () which can be held in an articulated manner by the fastening clip () for transmitting actuating forces. The interior of the fastening clip has two elastically deformable locking lips () acting as barbs, which fix the spherical end of the push rod () in the pedal () after the insertion of the push rod () into the fastening clip (). The fastening clip () is preferably a plastic part with essentially closed sides, which are closed off on the pedal side by a front surface with an opening for the spherical end of the push rod. The opening has an insertion area () for inserting the spherical end of the push rod () and a removal area () for removing the push rod ().

A safety device for removing a bearing bolt (), especially a pedal bolt in a motor vehicle, is provided with at least one first mounting part (), which has at least one through hole for a bolt connection with at least one connecting piece (), as well as at least one bearing bolt (). The bearing bolt () extends through the through hole in order to connect the mounting part () and the connecting piece () with one another. The bearing bolt () removing structure has at least one pushing element (), which compresses the bearing bolt () that is compressible in the direction of the axial axis of the bolt (). The bolt () is compressed under the action of a force over at least one plane () that is oblique in relation to the bolt axis and moves the bearing bolt () out of the mounting part () in the compressed state in order to hereby open the mounting point.

A fastening device for pedals in motor vehicles has a supporting bolt () which is accommodated at each of its free ends in a mounting point (A) of a pedal block (). The bolt () has, between the mounting points (A), a mounting point for the pedal. The pedal mounting point is arranged in a hole () of the pedal body (). The supporting bolt () comprises two bolt halves (), which are locked with one another in the assembled state by an elastic snap holder (). The bolt halves () are fixed by at least one stop () with respect to their position to the pedal.

Mounting device for pedals in motor vehicles

A holding device for the pedal mechanism of a motor vehicle is presented, which has at least one pedal block () with pedals () fastened thereto pivotably and a baseplate (). The baseplate () and the pedal block () are made of plastic in one piece. The pedal block () for holding a pedal () has a mount for the pivot axis of the respective pedal (). The mount is made of two side walls () located opposite each other. The side walls () are formed of sheet metal and the mount is injection molded in the plastic pedal block. The sheet metal mount forms a deformation device for the release of the pivot axis () in the case of an accident of the motor vehicle.

A resetting device for pedals of a motor vehicle is provided with a spring element (), which is fixed on a mount () at the pedal (), on the one hand, and, on the other hand, at a corresponding mount (). At least one spring-loaded friction element () is provided with at least one friction surface pair (). The friction surface pair () is arranged between the pedal () and the body of the motor vehicle.

A device is provided for adjusting a connecting piece () mounted rotatably by a mounting device (). The connecting piece is particularly part of a pedal mechanism of a motor vehicle coupled with a transmission unit () for transmitting the movement of the connecting piece (). An adjusting mechanism () is provided for adjusting the position of the connecting piece (). A locking unit prevents the unintentional adjustment of the connecting piece (). The mounting device () comprises a bearing shell () and a baseplate (). The bearing shell () is movably connected to the baseplate () arranged stationarily at the vehicle. The bearing shell () can be moved along the baseplate () upon the loosening of the locking unit such that the position of the transmission unit () coupled with the connecting piece () remains unchanged during the adjustment of the connecting piece () mounted in the mounting device (), so that the adjusting mechanism () is integrated within the mounting device ().

A device is provided for mounting a pedal lever () of a motor vehicle, which is accommodated in a housing () pivotably around at least one bearing element (). At least one section of a separating wedge () is supported via a support surface () against a motor vehicle component () and brings about the shearing off of the bearing element () due to the action of an external force caused by an accident due to a relative movement between the separating wedge () and the bearing element () by applying a shearing force. The separating wedge () is accommodated between a surface of the housing () and the bearing element ().

A device for mounting a pedal lever () of a motor vehicle, which is accommodated in a housing () pivotably around at least one severable bearing element (). A separating wedge (), is supported on one side against a motor vehicle component (). The separating wedge () is arranged facing the bearing element () with at least one cutting edge () provided at the separating wedge (). As such the bearing element () is shorn off by the separating wedge () as a consequence of the action of an external force, which may be caused, e.g., by an accident, due to a relative movement between the separating wedge () and the bearing element ().

Device for fixing a pedal lever of a motor vehicle

An assembly unit for a motor vehicle is provided with a lever arm arranged in a bearing block pivotably around an axis on a bolt fixed in mounts of the bearing block. The bearing block has at least one section opening or expanding in case of an accident as a consequence of force acting on the assembly unit. The bolt disengages the mounts as a consequence of the acting force. After the assembly of the assembly unit, the bolt, which has an at least two-part design, has at least one connection area, on which the individual bolt parts are engaged with one another in a positive-locking and nonpositive manner.
