A sensor assembly for a current sensor is provided having a Hall element and a holder for the Hall element, the holder being rigid and including a retainer for the Hall element, in which it is received with small tolerances, and two contact surfaces for a magnetic core. A current sensor having such a sensor assembly and a magnetic core is also provided which has at least one gap in which the holder is arranged, so that the Hall element extends perpendicularly to a direction in which magnetic field lines pass through the gap. A holder for such a current sensor is also provided wherein it consists of a mechanically hard, non-magnetic material, preferably hard plastics or acrylic glass. Lastly, a method of assembling a current sensor is also provided.

The invention relates to a module that can be inserted into a housing of an industrial plug-in connector (), into which module () at least one optical fiber connector () can be inserted and at least one adapter () can be inserted into the module (), which adapter is connected to the optical fiber connector (), wherein the adapter () contains an optical imaging element (). In the plugged-in condition, the optical elements ('), for example the ball lenses proposed above, of two modules () are aligned with each other in such a way that the light signal exiting from the optical element () of the module of the first industrial plug-in connector () is coupled into the optical element (&#x2032;) of the module (&#x2032;) of the second industrial plug-in connector (&#x2032;).

A power network having special junction boxes and an associated method for operation and evaluation which makes it possible, after construction and wiring, to recognise and to simulate the topology of the power distribution automatically is provided. On this basis the current consumption can then be determined in certain branches, for example also in a tree or ring network structure. In particular, deviations from the desired value, for example a disproportionately high current consumption, can be recognised and localised, so that as a consequence certain load and/or entire power network segments can be switched on and off. For analysis, the corresponding values of relevant electrical variables can be continuously observed, stored in a database, held for any period of time and displayed graphically. Connection errors, wire breakage and overload and undervoltage can be recognised and eliminated by analysing the values of the respective electrical variables.
