The invention relates to an arrangement in the form of an electric ring machine in the implementation of a reluctance machine which is operated as a synchronous reluctance machine, in which recesses are formed at the outer side of the rotor sheets in the radial extension opposite to the inner barriers. These result in webs which hold and enclose the barriers and can thus be manufactured in a defined manner at both sides, even if the finished assembled rotor design is later finally mechanically reworked at the outer side. In addition to the rotor, the invention also relates to a corresponding electric ring machine and a method for producing such a rotor.

The disclosure relates to a method for designing a stator segment for a stator of an m-phase synchronous reluctance machine with concentrated windings, the stator being divided into a stator segment or a plurality of stator segments and comprising a ferromagnetic base body with peripherally distributed tooth structures and a winding system mounted in the base body, which comprises, per stator segment, z tooth structures and a number of winding phases (U, V, W) corresponding to the number of phases m, each of said winding phases comprising a series connection and/or a parallel connection of a plurality of the concentrated windings, a rotor of the synchronous reluctance machine comprising a pole number p in a peripheral section corresponding to the stator segment.

A planetary transmission includes a planetary stage and a FOFW system having an interrogation unit, a locally fixed antenna electrically connected to the interrogation unit and arranged within a housing of the planetary stage, and a plurality of FOFW sensors fastened to planet gear pins of the planetary stage such that at least two of the FOFW sensors are fastened to each of the planet gear pins. A plurality of co-rotating antennae are fastened to the planet gear carrier at a number corresponding to a number of the planet gear pins. The co-rotating antennae are each electrically connected to at least one of the FOFW sensors and arranged and configured such as to transfer measurement data detected by the FOFW sensors to the locally fixed antenna.

An arrangement includes a shaft arranged within a housing and sized to project through a housing opening, and a shaft sealing ring arranged between the housing and the shaft in a region of the housing opening. A wirelessly interrogatable SAW system has an interrogation unit, at least one stationary first antenna electrically connected to the interrogation unit, at least one rotating second antenna attached in fixed rotative engagement to the shaft, and at least one wirelessly interrogatable SAW sensor attached in fixed rotative engagement to the shaft and electrically connected to the at least one second antenna. The first and second antennas are arranged to overlap each other in a radial direction. Closing the housing is an annular housing cover to which the first antenna is attached at a distance from the second antenna in an axial direction.

A machine includes a drive train having a drive unit, an output unit, and a gear unit interconnecting the drive unit and the output unit and configured to be in a non-grounded state with respect to the machine environment during a normal operation of the machine. An insulation is provided to electrically insulate a connection between the gear unit and the drive unit and/or a connection between the gear unit and the output unit.

The invention relates to a process for producing a large transmission gearwheel () consisting of a plurality of individual components, said process comprising the successive steps of: providing the individual components, which include at least one hub (), a disc wheel () and a toothed ring () produced from case-hardened steel; at least partially mechanically soft machining the individual components; joining the individual components using a beam welding process; case hardening the individual components which have been joined to one another, and hard machining at least the toothed ring (). The invention furthermore relates to a large transmission gearwheel produced by such a process.

In order to implement a reliable supply of lubricant to gear unit components during emergency or spinning operation of a gear unit, level control is provided in a lubricant sump of the gear unit as a function of the operating state by means of a control unit associated with a lubricant pump. During normal operation the level is adjusted to dry sump level. In contrast, the lubricant pump is switched off in emergency or spinning operation, so that a splash lubrication level is automatically achieved in the lubricant sump.

A method for identifying possible damage in a toothed transmission stage having at least one pair of engagement toothed wheels includes measuring with a vibration transducer an oscillation signal corresponding to oscillations produced by a rolling and impact motion when teeth of a pair of the toothed wheels mesh under load during operation of the transmission stage, comparing the oscillation signal with a calibration oscillation signal, determining a torque acting on the transmission stage from a difference between the oscillation signal and the calibration oscillation signal, and evaluating the measured oscillation signal commensurate with the determined torque to identify the possible damage to the transmission stage.

A drive system has a transmission unit with planetary gear stage and a first shaft associated with a planetary carrier and having a coupling flange connectable to a machine or rotor shaft. The transmission unit and a motor/generator unit includes a rotor connected with a rotation-lock to a hollow rotor shaft which is connected to a second shaft of the transmission unit and enclosed by a gearbox housing. A coupling is arranged radially between the second shaft and the hollow rotor shaft. A gearbox housing support with a hollow cylindrical extension is arranged between the transmission unit and the motor/generator unit. The cylindrical extension concentrically encloses an end section of the second shaft and forms a bearing seat for a bearing arrangement disposed radially between the second shaft and the cylindrical extension. The hollow cylindrical extension is concentrically enclosed by the rotor and the hollow rotor shaft.

Drive system for a wind turbine

A drive system having an integrated transmission and motor/generator unit for a wind turbine includes a transmission output shaft designed as a hollow shaft, which receives a sun shaft of an output-side planetary gear stage and is connected thereto. The transmission output shaft comprises a transmission-side end section of an insert shaft which is concentrically arranged within a rotor hollow shaft. The transmission output shaft additionally has a bearing for receiving radial and axial forces. The motor/generator unit has two dedicated bearings. One bearing thereof is a transmission-side bearing. In addition, a rear-side generator bearing is provided.

A drive system for a wind turbine includes a transmission unit with a planet wheel stage. A coupling flange on a first shaft of the transmission unit can be connected to a driven machine shaft or rotor shaft which is mounted above a planet carrier. The transmission unit and a motor/generator unit connected with a second shaft of the transmission unit are enclosed by a gear case. A rotor of the motor/generator unit is connected to a hollow rotor shaft which surrounds an end section of the second shaft and is connected to the end section via an interior coupling or clamping connection. A connecting-piece is arranged between the transmission unit and the motor/generator unit, and concentrically surrounds a transmission-side end section of the rotor shaft, forming a bearing seat for the rotor shaft, which also supports the second shaft of the transmission unit.

A drive system has a transmission unit comprising at least one planet wheel stage, which has a hollow wheel, several planet wheels, a planet carrier and a sun wheel. Furthermore, a first shaft associated with the transmission unit is provided, which has a coupling flange that can be connected to a work machine shaft or rotor shaft and is mounted via the planet carrier. The transmission unit and a motor unit or generator unit connected to a second shaft of the transmission unit are enclosed by a gear housing which has a cardanic circumferentially symmetric or partially symmetric suspension for connection to a supporting structural element of the wind turbine.

Torque can be detected in a transmission by using at least one vibration sensor to detect at least one vibration signal which is associated with a tooth engagement frequency of intermeshing transmission toothings, and the phase shift of which is dependent on at least one tooth engagement duration of the intermeshing transmission toothings. The tooth engagement duration is torque-dependent as a result of toothing deformations. A torque acting on the transmission is determined from the phase shift of the detected vibration signal and/or of the at least one tooth engagement duration.

Method for detecting torque in a transmission, measuring device and control program

A drive system has a gear unit with planetary gear stage with a planetary gear carrier. A first shaft associated with the gear unit has a coupling flange connectable to the shaft of a working machine or a rotor and is supported by the planetary gear carrier. The gear unit and a motor/generator unit connected to a second shaft of the gear unit are enclosed by a gearbox. The motor/generator unit additionally includes a rotor connected to a hollow rotor shaft with a rotation lock. An electrically isolating, detachable flange connection is disposed between the rotor shaft and the second shaft, with the gear-side end of the detachable flange connection connected to a hollow gear shaft. A gearbox stub which concentrically encloses a gear-side end section of the gear shaft is disposed between gear unit and motor or generator unit and forms a bearing seat for the second shaft.

Disclosed is an impression tray () with a concave tray body () for taking an impression of at least one jaw part, in which at least one implant body () is situated, which body has a receiving aperture into which an impression post () may be inserted, it being possible to fill the impression tray () with a free-flowing hardenable impression material () to produce a mold for a model of the jaw part, which when used reduces the time spent in the dentist's chair, increases the precision of an implant model and finally reduces the material and labor costs in that, at least in one portion, the tray body () has a wall () which can be penetrated by an impression post () inserted into the implant body () if the impression tray () is placed onto the jaw part.
