The axis of the swivel pin is at an angle to the axis of the handle so that rotation of the handle and swivel connector sets the angle of the handle.

The brush portion includes front bristles ( ) for cleaning a toilet bowl and rearwardly extending bristles ( ) for cleaning the lip of a toilet. The bristles and a soft covering ( ) of the handle have been moulded onto the frame member using a soft rubbery plastics composition.
