A three-dimensional product manufacturing robot using a material constituted by plastic formable materials may be provided that includes: a head supply unit which includes an inlet into which the material is introduced; a transformer unit which includes a plurality of rollers guiding a moving direction of the material transferred from the head supply unit; and a head unit which discharges outwardly the material transferred from the transformer unit. As a result, the tension of a tow, i.e., a raw material can be adaptively controlled and the tow moving within the three-dimensional product manufacturing robot can be prevented from being solidified, cured or degraded. Also, the head unit can rotate precisely within a limited distance. Also, the rotation of the head unit does not accompany the rotation of the tow. That is, while the wheel assembly controls the rotation of the head unit, the tow which passes through the inside of the head unit can be discharged to the outside without rotation.

Three-dimensional product manufacturing robot for plastic formable materials

Disclosed are a head unit and a head supply unit. The head unit according to the present invention discharges a raw material made of plastic formable materials. The head unit includes: a head pipe which guides the movement of the raw material; a head heater which surrounds the entire or partial head pipe and controls the temperature of the raw material which is moving within the head pipe; and a discharge port which is provided on one end of the heat pipe and discharges the raw material to the outside. The head supply unit according to the present invention includes: an inlet through which a raw material made of plastic formable materials is introduced; an inlet pipe which guides the raw material introduced through the inlet; a head supply heater which controls the temperature of the raw material which passes through the inside of the inlet pipe; and a head fastener which is fastened to a head unit which discharges the raw material. As a result, the temperature of the raw material which is easily solidified, cured or degraded is controlled, so that the raw material can be smoothly discharged and at various positions and angles. Accordingly, it is possible to manufacture a more complex and sophisticated three-dimensional product.

Head unit and head supply unit for controlling discharge of raw material made of plastic formable materials

A lower stiffener is provided for a bumper of a vehicle. The lower stiffener is mounted on a lower portion of a bumper beam or a front end module (FEM) carrier of the vehicle. The lower stiffener includes a pair of core portions formed by extending in a width direction of the vehicle in an elongated loop shape corresponding to a shape of the bumper of the vehicle, and arranged parallel to each other at a regular interval. A pair of molding portions surrounds the core portions, respectively and a connection portion connects and integrates the pair of molding portions with each other.
