An ink, having a viscosity of 2.5 to 15 centipoise at 25&#xb0; C., for textile printing includes pigment; a water dispersible anionic polymeric resin; a water soluble zero volatile organic compound solvent with a boiling point of 250&#xb0; C. or greater; a crosslinking agent; and water. The water dispersible polymeric resin has particles with a median volume weighted size of less than 150 nm and a 95percentile volume weighted size of less than 250 nm. The water dispersible polymeric resin has an acid number value of 5 to 40, a resin film elongation of 500 to 1200%, and a film tensile strength of 10 to 60 mPa.

Digital textile printing inks having zero volatile organic compound solvents therein

An electronic device, a method and apparatus for producing an electronic device, and a composition therefor are disclosed. An adhesive material is applied in a first pattern on a surface of a receiver substrate. A carrier having a metal foil disposed thereon is brought into contact with the first substrate such that a portion of the metal foil contacts the adhesive material. The adhesive material includes a first polymer, a second polymer, and a conductive carbon black dispersion, and is activated using at least one of mechanical pressure and heat while the portion of the metal foil is in contact with the adhesive material. The first substrate and the second substrate are separated, whereby the portion of the metal foil is transferred to the first substrate. The adhesive is electrically conductive to maximize the possibility of maintaining electrical connectivity even when there is a break in the metal foil.

Electronic device, method and apparatus for producing an electronic device, and composition therefor

According to one aspect, a monitoring device for detecting when an object may be subjected to a condition includes a processor, a first sensor, a second sensor, and a configuration circuit. A first sensor is polymer monolayer adapted to detect if the object is subjected to a magnitude of a first condition. A second sensor is a polymer bilayer adapted to detect if the object is subjected to a magnitude of a second condition. The resistance across the first sensor and second sensor are compared to determine whether an ambient/environmental condition has been detected. Indication of detection of an ambient/environmental condition, magnitude of the condition, and the time may be stored.

Multiple detector apparatus and method for monitoring an environment

An electrical insulator material includes a polymer and a solvent, and has a viscosity in the range of from about 1.0 to about 20.0 cP such that the electrical insulator material can be applied to a surface using an ink jet print head.

Insulator material composition and method

A battery includes a first conductive substrate portion having a first face, and a second conductive substrate portion having a second face opposed to the first face. Each of the first and second faces has a perimeter portion and an interior portion inside the perimeter portion. A first electrode material of the battery is disposed in contact with the interior portion of at least one of the first and second faces, and a jettable electrolyte material disposed in contact with the first electrode material. A second electrode material is disposed in contact with the electrolyte material, and a conductive tab is disposed in contact with the second electrode material. The electrolyte material includes a polymer, a salt, and a solvent. The electrolyte material has a viscosity in the range from about 3.0 cP to about 20.0 cP such that the electrolyte material can be applied to a substrate using an ink jet print head.

Aqueous colloidal dispersions stabilized with polymeric dispersants

An aqueous ink composition having at least one of dispersed pigments and anionic charged polymer, and further including a lower level, relative to the concentration of pigment and anionic charged polymer, of a polyvalent metal oxide particle dispersion, wherein the ink composition has a pH of greater than 4 and the polyvalent metal oxide particles have a negative zeta potential at the pH of the ink composition. These ink compositions are effective in reducing the damage and failure of silicon-based inkjet print heads caused by ink-induced dissolution and stress cracking of the silicon-based materials found in the print heads.

Ink jet ink set

An ink jet ink comprising: a) at least one first metal complex black dye that when printed alone on a receiving element gives a CIELAB a* value&#x3e;0 and at 1.0 Status A visual density; b) at least one second metal complex black dye that when printed alone on a receiving element gives a CIELAB a* value&#x3c;0 and at 1.0 Status A visual density; and c) at least one yellow azo-aniline yellow dye or metal complex yellow dye or mixtures thereof.
