A mounting assembly includes a beverage mounting assembly having a housing. The housing has a housing wall that surrounds a cavity. A valve body is connectable to the beverage mounting assembly. The valve body is connectable to the beverage mounting assembly via a clip. The clip is insertable into both the housing and the valve body to connect the valve body to the beverage mounting assembly. At least one actuator is disposed in the cavity of the housing. The actuator rotates from a closed position to an open position that actuates pressure to the valve body from a liquid source. The actuator is separate from the clip that connects the housing to the valve body.

Disclosed is a beverage dispenser having a plurality of non-linear dispensing sides each having a dispensing station of a dimension suitable to comfortably accommodate a user/operator. Each dispensing station is of a dimension narrower than that of a dispensing station of a conventional dispenser. The beverage dispenser of the present disclosure allows for variations and flexibility in the shape of the unit, and a user-friendly touch screen accommodates one or more concurrent users/operators, while also allowing a choice of various beverage selections. The touch screen provides a user interface that may be configured for use by a restaurant employee and/or self-service applications. In addition, the user friendly touchscreen interface also facilitates the use of ADA compliant controls. The beverage dispenser of the present disclosure also allows for 'banking' of multiple units into a 'kiosk' type formation.

Disclosed is a hybrid beverage dispenser that can be configured in a number of flexible arrangements, providing the opportunity for a configurable beverage dispensing 'station' having a variable 'footprint'. The hybrid beverage dispenser may have &#x201c;on board&#x201d; refrigeration and/or heating system for providing both hot and cold beverages from the same dispenser. A remote chiller may provide chilled syrups for the beverages. Also disclosed is a countertop hybrid beverage dispensing unit for situations where limited space is an issue. The countertop unit possesses the same beverage dispensing flexibility; however, all ingredients are remotely chilled and pumped to the point of dispensing.

The system establishes a state of the set of conditions as being satisfied or unsatisfied, communicates the state to the electronic device, and disables the selected features if the state is satisfied. In one embodiment, the system may be advantageously be used to prevent vehicular accidents by at least partially disabling non-emergency use of a wireless telephone in a moving vehicle. In another embodiment, the system may be used to disable features of an electronic device within a predetermined area having a boundary that is independent of a communications network cell.

Disclosed is a plastic boat hull and a method for making a plastic boat hull by roto-molding a thermoplastic material in a mold cavity. The resultant boat hull in a preferred embodiment has an upper hull portion which is identical to the lower hull portion. The forebody, in a preferred embodiment is identical to the afterbody except that one is rotated 90.degree. with respect to the other about the longitudinal axis of the hull. The boat hull shape provides for minimal weight, windage and surface area. The vessel has a wave-piercing bow which creates an asymmetric water plane even though the forebody and afterbody are conceptually identical. The asymmetric water plane reduces pitching of the hull in rough water. In a preferred embodiment, two smaller hulls and one larger hull are combined with cross beams to form a trimaran sailboat.

Disclosed is a building panel curved along the major and minor axes which can be manufactured from a plurality of strips of building material each having the same geometric shape. A mold is provided upon which a first layer of geometrically identical strips is temporarily fastened. In a preferred embodiment, at least a second layer of strips is provided over the first layer and bonded thereto by an epoxy adhesive. Because all of the strips have the same geometric shape and can be mass produced and a compound or complex curvature panel can be made at extremely low cost.
