A roofing system having at least one underlayment layer; at least two nail fasteners attached to the at least one underlayment layer and into the roof deck, wherein the head of each of the nail fasteners is above the at underlayment layer and the shaft is driven through the underlayment layer and into the roof deck; at least one bead of adhesive applied above the underlayment layer; and at least one metal roofing panels placed on the at least one bead of adhesive applied above the underlayment layer, wherein the at least one metal roofing panels are above the at least two nail fasteners and the at least two nail fasteners do not penetrate the at least one metal roofing panels.

Roofing systems for steep pitch metal roofing

A roofing system, comprising an underlayment layer above a roof deck; at least one strap spaced horizontally up the slope of a roof deck and above the underlayment layer; at least two fasteners attached to the at least one strap and into the roof deck; at least one bead of adhesive applied above the at least one strap; and at least two metal roofing panels placed on the at least one bead of adhesive applied to the at least one strap.

Low slope roofing system

A roofing system, comprising: at least one strap spaced on centers horizontally up the slope of a roof deck; at least one bead of adhesive applied to the at least one strap; at least two metal roofing panels placed on the at least one bead of adhesive applied to the at least one strap; and at least two fasteners attached to the at least two metal roofing panels and into the roof deck at a top and perimeter of the at least two metal roofing panels.

A roofing system, comprising: at least one underlayment roll having a top and a bottom, a first end and a second end and being impermeable to moisture, wherein the bottom has an adhesive layer applied to it; wherein the first end of the underlayment roll is fastened over a center of a top rib in a roof deck and the underlayment roll is roll dispensed in a first row and cut at the end of the roof deck creating a cut end and fastened at the cut end; and wherein a second row of the underlayment roll is positioned overlapping the first row and dispensed in a second row and cut at the end of the roof deck creating another cut end and fastened at the cut end.

Roofing systems for low slope membrane and steep pitch metal roofing

System, device and method for providing screened protection to gutters from clogging debris. Protection is provided by using a panel that includes rain siphoning louvered technology covered by a filter or screen. The rows of louvers are offset to direct water into the vertical openings. The louvered portion is dome shaped to permit the louvers to be vertical and to help debris roll off the sides. The filter is molded to the rows of louvers to conduct water to the vertical openings of the louvers. The filter or screen is secured to the panel by being laid in opposing hems on the two sides of the louvered portion of the panel and then by rolling beads or ribs onto the hemmed portions.

Screened gutter protection

System, device and method for providing screened protection to gutters from clogging debris. Protection is provided by using a panel that includes rain siphoning louvered technology. The louvers may be covered by a filter or screen. If the openings of the louvers are closed to a certain degree, a screen may be dispensed with. The panel is sloped such that debris rolls off a surface of the panel. Additionally, the louvered portion may be domed. The panel ends on one side in a locking mechanism that locks to an outer lip of the gutter and on the other side in a corrugated edge that fits under the overhang of the roof such that it need not be inserted under the shingles.
