A control box for a sprayer system is provided. The control box may include a wash flow path, a wash flow solenoid disposed in the wash flow path, a detergent supply assembly disposed in wash flow path, a rinse flow path, a rinse flow solenoid disposed in the rinse flow path, a common flow path, a flow switch disposed in the common flow path, an alternating relay, and a connection valve leading to a discharge flow path. The flow switch may be configured to provide a signal to the alternating relay. The alternating relay may be configured to control both the wash flow solenoid and the rinse flow solenoid. The connection valve may receive both the wash flow path and the rinse flow path. In another embodiment, a sprayer system including a control box and a sprayer unit is provided.

Semi-automatic ware washing sprayer system

A method for cleaning dishes in a warewasher is provided: It may include filling a sump with hot water, dispensing detergent into the sump, running a wash cycle, draining the used hot water and detergent from the sump after the wash cycle, flushing the sump, filling the sump with the aqueous ozone solution, and running a rinse cycle with the aqueous ozone solution. A warewasher is provided: It may include a timer, a wash chamber, a sump, a hot water fill solenoid configured to direct hot water into the sump, a chemical dispenser, at least one spray arm, a circulation pump, an ozone generator assembly configured to provide aqueous ozone solution to the sump, and a drain assembly. The timer may control the hot water fill solenoid, the chemical dispenser, the circulation pump, the ozone generator assembly, and the drain assembly to effectuate a cleaning sequence.

Apparatus and methods for cleaning dishes with an ozone sanitizing cycle

A rinse arm or wash arm includes a tubular body connected to a fluid source. The tubular body has at least a first aperture and a second aperture therethrough. The first aperture forms a first spray and the second aperture forms a second spray when the fluid flows through the tubular body from the fluid source. The first aperture has a first aperture axis therethrough and the second aperture has a second aperture axis therethrough. The first aperture axis forms a first angle with a first vertical axis and the second aperture axis forms a second angle with a second vertical axis. The first angle is greater than 0 degrees, so that the first aperture directs the first spray towards the second spray forming an overlapping spray of the first spray and the second spray.

Warewashing system arm

A dishwashing machine includes a tub having an interior that holds a first liquid and a booster tank that includes a housing and at least one heater disposed within the housing. The booster tank is at least partially disposed within the interior of the tub such that at least a portion of the booster tank is at least partially submerged within the first liquid, whereby the first liquid is heated by the booster tank. A dishwashing machine includes a tub containing a liquid therein and a wash pump assembly that includes a pump housing; an inlet in the pump housing; an outlet in the pump housing; and a pump having a motor that pumps the liquid from the tub through the pump housing via the inlet to a device that sprays the liquid within a dishwasher via the outlet. The liquid is heated by means of a heater which is disposed either in proximity to the inlet, in proximity to the outlet, and/or in the spray device before the liquid is pumped out of the spray device.

Booster tank

A dishwashing machine includes a tub having a sidewall. The sidewall has a first wall and a second wall connected by a bottom wall. The sidewall is connected to a first end wall and a second end wall. The first end wall is connected to the first wall, the second wall, and the bottom wall on a first end of the sidewall and the second end wall is connected to the first wall, the second wall, and the bottom wall on a second end of the sidewall forming an interior volume. The tub has the same amount of welding regardless of a length of the sidewall.

Dishwashing machine tank

An arm includes a tubular body that is rotatable. The tubular body has a first end portion, a second end portion and an intermediate portion between the first end portion and the second end portion. The first end portion is bent in a first direction forming a first angle with the intermediate portion, and the second end portion is bent in a second direction forming a second angle with the intermediate portion. A plurality of nozzles are through the tubular body.
