A table cover system with an affixed garbage bag on one end. The table cover can be unrolled onto a table top with the garbage bag unrolled on one end of the cover. This allows for rubbish to be easily and quickly disposed of from the top of the table. The table cover can also be rolled over all remaining rubbish and garbage and stuffed into the garbage bag for easy disposal. The top face of the table cover can include printed elements, such as interactive games, team logos, or icons or characters from popular movies and television. Other options would include menus, schedules, or meeting information which may be printed directly to the table cover or attached after the cover is placed.

A non-invasive system for sampling gastrointestinal microbiota with their associated environment for discovery, characterization, medical research, diagnostics, and treatment using an ingestible, non-digestible sampling capsule. The capsule device, with ports open for acquiring a sample of gastrointestinal microbiota and content, is placed inside an immediate or delayed release capsule. When the outer capsule dissolves according to its specifications, enteric fluid and content enters the sampling capsule through the ports triggering a hydrophilic stop to release a pulling force to close the ports by enveloping the capsule outer casing over the inner casing, capturing the sample, and holding it sealed until it completes passage through the digestive track, and is recovered from feces for analysis.

The present invention is directed to a process comprised of a controllably variable liquid quenching means for metal alloys at or above the Leidenfrost temperature without metal alloy distortion.

Process for quenching heat treatable metal alloys

An apparatus and associated methods for purifying water are provided. The apparatus preferably includes a supply of unpurified water, a contained magnetic field positioned downstream from the unpurified water supply to remove particles containing ferrous metal therefrom when the unpurified water passes therethrough, an ion exchange media exposer positioned downstream from the contained magnetic field for exposing the water having the ferrous metal containing particles removed therefrom to ion exchange media having first and second conductivity types to thereby remove charged molecules from the water, a carbon filter positioned downstream from the ion exchange media exposer for filtering the water having the charged molecules removed therefrom, a paper filter positioned downstream from the carbon filter for filtering precipitates from the water after passing through the carbon filter, and an ultraviolet light exposer positioned downstream from the paper filter for exposing the water after passing through the paper filter to ultraviolet light to thereby kill all life forms therein.

Water purifying apparatus having a plurality of purifying stages and modular ion exchange media containers

A system whereby freshwater and saltwater aquaria water may be stripped and sterilized to near laboratory quality distilled water standards and injected with appropriate chemicals and compounds necessary to reproduce the conditions indigenous to the native habitat of any particular species in which you have chosen to raise in your aquarium. This system is attached to standard washer and dryer water outlets and is connected to the device with a standard 3/4' garden hose. Tap water is run through a cation resin exchange chamber to pull out negatively charged ions and then passes through an identical chamber containing anion resin exchange media to pull the positively charged ions out of the water coming through. The end result being near zero ppm total dissolved solids. Upon passing through both ion exchange chambers the water is then moved to the outlet where it is run through an eight watt ultraviolet germicidal sterilization chamber to kill any incoming microscopic or submicroscopic organic life forms that would enter the aquaria and introduce germs, pathogen, bacteria or viruses that would be harmful to the fish. Coming from the outlet of the sterilization chamber through a garden hose connected to the chemical injection unit where the mixture of either acids or bases and/or any other necessary chemicals, nutrients or media that are indigenous to the native habitat required in the aquaria would be drawn through a siphon process from a spill-proof vented reservoir injected into the stream of purified water and would be replaced into the aquarium at the exact same pH and with the exact same chemical properties of the water which was removed prior to the refilling of the tank. The water is forced through the device by hydrostatic pressure which can be adjusted at the source. The temperature can also be adjusted at the source by using a Y hose adapter.
