Methods, systems, and computer storage media are provided for optimizing workflows by monitoring a healthcare environment. Data may be compiled from various sources to monitor interactions within the healthcare environment. Both interactions with individuals and interactions with a healthcare system may be monitored. Each of location data, clinical data, and system data, among others, may be combined to monitor the healthcare environment. By combining the data from various sources, a user is able to get a complete picture of the healthcare environment.

Optimizing workflows

A stanchion includes storage for a linkage member. The stanchion includes a hollow pole and a cap piece inserted into the top portion of the pole. Vertical movement of the cap piece may provide clearance for a linkage opening to allow the linkage member to be pulled from or pushed into the interior of the hollow pole.

Certain embodiments of the present disclosure describe a pole and base assembly. The pole and base assembly includes a pole with an upper engagement portion and a lower engagement portion that are biased toward each other. A base includes a socket to receive the pole and a channel that allows the lower engagement portion to pass through the base. The upper engagement portion is retained on the top surface of the base. When the lower engagement portion is passed through the socket and aligned with a locking portion, the biasing force causes the upper and lower engagement portions to clamp together around the base and lock the pole to the base.

Rotational reactionary forces associated with drive trains which propel vehicles are harnessed and employed to move vehicle sub-components. The motor of a motor driven vehicle is mounted to the frame of the vehicle. The motor includes an output shaft that extends from the motor. The motor functions to rotate the output shaft, which rotation propels the vehicle. The motor further includes a motor housing from which the output shaft extends. The motor housing is pivotally mounted to the frame of the vehicle so as to allow substantial rotation of the motor housing with respect to the frame. The motor housing pivots in response to reactionary forces associated with the rotation of the output shaft. The motor housing interacts with sub-components of the vehicle such that the pivoting of the motor housing imparts motion upon the sub-components, such as air spoilers, suspension members, or trim adjustment devices.

A method and apparatus for pressure cleaning, wherein fluid from a source of pressurized fluid is injected into, passes through, and is ejected from the crankshaft of a motor toward a surface that is to be cleaned. The crankshaft defines a crankshaft passage therethrough and has a crankshaft inlet end into which the fluid is injected and a crankshaft outlet end out of which the fluid flows. A distribution assembly is attached to the crankshaft outlet end and the fluid flowing out of the crankshaft outlet end flows through the distribution assembly and is discharged therefrom. The crankshaft rotates and causes the distribution assembly to rotate. The rotation and orientation of the distribution assembly causes the velocity of the fluid discharged from the distribution assembly to be greater than the velocity that would be achieved solely due to the pressure differential between the source of pressurized fluid and the environment at the outlet of the distribution assembly.
