This invention relates to a new pallet lift system for the movement of pallets via the use of a new pallet jack and dolly in conjunction with new tines to transport the pallet from one location to another and minimize the risk of damaging or marring the surface across which the pallet is moved by utilizing a pallet jack and a dolly equipped with soft wheels to allow a pallet to move over door thresholds and floor surfaces without risking damage to the surface, and to facilitate the transportation of pallets of merchandise across an uneven surface such as a parking lot, and into and through a narrow entrance such as a standard doorway and provides a method to load pallets in and out of trucks with the narrow edge leading, thus increasing the usable space inside a typical truck, the present invention being able to be used with multiple different sized pallets.

Rapid delivery pallet jack system

A material storage and delivery system includes an individual container storage and delivery system (ICSDS). A palletizer is provided for placing containers from the ICSDS on a pallet. A layer storage and delivery system (LSDS) places full layers of containers on a pallet. A robotic container delivery system (RCDS) places individual containers on a pallet. A conveyor system conveys containers and pallets between at least two of the ICSDS, the palletizer, the LSDS and the RCDS. A method for storing and delivering containers is also disclosed.

Automated container storage and delivery system

A container storage and delivery system includes an individual container storage and delivery system. A palletizer is provided for forming a group of containers from the individual container storage and delivery system into a layer or a partial layer, and placing this layer or partial layer onto a pallet. A high speed pick station provides access for manual retrieval of high throughput case types from each storage location. An individual container placement station is also provided for placing individual containers onto a pallet. A conveyor system conveys containers and pallets from the individual container storage and delivery system, the palletizer, the high speed pick station, and the individual container placement station.

An assembly verification test uses a sliding cart to transport work-in-process units from an assembly facility to a test area. The cart has a generally square frame with multiple vertical and horizontal frame members. The front end of the cart has wheels that engage the floor. The rearward end of the cart has wheels that are vertically offset from the front wheels and ride along a chassis of the test station that is located above the floor. The upper end of the cart has guide rails for slidably receiving work unit trays from assembly and offloading the trays to the test area. The wheels allow the cart to move laterally from side to side along the length of the test area so that the cart may be easily repositioned in front of any of the test slots.

Vehicle for facilitating assembly verification test

A system monitored operations test area utilizes a central feed spur to deliver assembled products to parallel rows of test stations on each of its sides. A pivotal, sliding lift gate is mounted to each side of the central spur and is movable between vertical and horizontal positions. The gate can be moved along the length of the spur as needed. When the lift gate is in place, the operator can slide a unit into a desired test slot across the horizontally disposed gate which spans the distance between the spur and the selected test station.

Transportation apparatus for system monitored operations testing

An exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve testing device is provided in a configuration to be utilized with a variety of motor vehicles. The portable device is adaptable, through a collection of interchangeable wiring harnesses, for connection to a wide variety of vehicles of various manufacture. A plurality of independent EGR solenoids may be selectively operated and tested by the selective operation of a plurality of switches incorporated in the invention. Operation of the invention also provides visual feedback of the position of the EGR solenoid pintle. The invention is also equipped with external signal outputs for operating external test devices.
