A mobile dialysis fluid generation system includes a cargo unit configured to be transported by a vehicle; a cleanroom located inside the cargo unit; water purification equipment; at least one dialysis fluid preparation unit located inside the cleanroom; and at least one area provided outside the cleanroom but inside the cargo unit for storing at least one of a raw material or containers filled with dialysis fluid. The at least one dialysis fluid preparation unit includes at least one concentrate, a mixing device configured to receive purified water from the water purification equipment and to mix the purified water with the at least one concentrate to form dialysis fluid, and a tubing set for transfer of the dialysis fluid from the mixing device to a container positioned and arranged to receive the dialysis fluid.

A virtual assistant/chatbot to improve clinical workflow for home renal replacement therapies is disclosed herein. A virtual assistant/chatbot includes a user interface configured to enable a patient to engage in a virtual chat session by typing, speaking, or otherwise providing information regarding a patient request or issue related to their renal replacement therapy. The virtual assistant/chatbot also includes a server configured to provide logic to respond to the patient's requests. The logic defines a sequence of questions and answers for resolving patient queries. The sequence of assistant/chatbot questions and patient answers may be configured in a node arrangement such that certain patient answers/requests lead to additional questions for additional information from a patient. The virtual assistant/chatbot is configured to answer patient requests automatically or determine when the patient request is to be immediately addressed by a clinician or later through a phone call, text, or email communication.

A method for producing sterile solution product bags includes positioning a manifold assembly onto a filling machine. The manifold assembly includes a plurality of bags, a first filter, and a connection line in fluid communication with the first filter. Each of the plurality of bags includes a bladder and a stem in fluid communication with the bladder and with the connection line. The method includes activating a pump and at least partially filling one or more of the bladders by pumping fluid through the feed line, the first filter, and the connection line. The method includes sealing the stem of each of the filled product bags at a location between the connection line and the bladder, thereby creating one or more at least partially filled and sealed product bags. The method includes separating each of the at least partially filled and sealed product bags from the connection line.

A biological fluid disposal system having a water flow line, a biological fluid line in fluid communication with the water flow line, a disinfectant line in fluid communication with the water flow line and the biological fluid line, and a venturi connected to one of the lines for creating a suction force so as to draw a biological fluid and a disinfectant in mixed relationship through the water flow line. The venturi includes a source of water pressure connected to the water flow line such that the water flow across an opening of either the biological fluid line and disinfectant line creates the suction force. The disinfectant line is connected to the biological fluid line between the water flow line and source of biological fluid.

Biological fluid disposal system

An improved earring rack is provided and consists of a grid frame for removably holding the hook earrings thereon and two shutters, each having a plurality of small holes for removably holding post earrings with their respective friction nuts thereon. Each shutter is hinged to one side of the grid frame so that the shutters can be swung centerwards for the post earrings to be removed easily. The grid frame is mounted in a stationary vertical position to prevent the rack from falling over when the earrings are being removed therefrom.
