An interbody implant includes an implant body extending between an anterior surface and a posterior surface. The implant body includes a first vertebral engaging surface and a second vertebral engaging surface. At least one of the vertebral engaging surfaces defines a cavity configured for disposal of bone growth detectable via medical imaging. Systems, spinal constructs, surgical instruments and methods are disclosed.

Spinal implant system and method

A method for treating a spine is provided. The method includes the steps of: pre-operatively measuring a first portion of intervertebral tissue adjacent to a neural foramen; intra-operatively measuring a second portion of the intervertebral tissue adjacent to the neural foramen; generating a threshold value based on the measured portions; and selecting an interbody implant based on the threshold value. Spinal implants, surgical instruments and systems are disclosed.

Surgical system and method of use

An implant support comprises a first portion defining a longitudinal axis and a second portion including at least one arm extending from the first portion. The at least one arm includes a part. An extension is engageable with the at least one arm to move the at least one arm between a first position and a second position such that the part is disposed to releasably engage an implant. A lock is disposed with the first portion and connected with the extension. The lock is biased from a first configuration to a second configuration to engage the first portion and resist disengagement of the at least one arm from the second position. Systems and methods of use are disclosed.

A spinal construct comprises a fastener attached with sacral and/or pelvic tissue of a body. A connector is selectively movable in a coronal plane relative to the body. The connector has a first end connected with the fastener and a second end having a locking surface engageable with an implant. A lock element is engageable with the connector and defines an implant cavity. Systems and methods are disclosed.

A spinal construct comprises a fastener attachable with sacral and/or pelvic tissue of a body. At least one connector is connected with the fastener and defines a first implant cavity and a second implant cavity. At least one lock is disposable with the implant cavities. Systems and methods are disclosed.

Coupling assemblies and systems and methods are provided with an anchor member movably coupled with a receiver member extending along a receiver axis. A seat member is movable in the receiver member to assume any one of a plurality of orientations corresponding to an orientation of a connecting element extending through the receiver member transversely to the receiver axis.

Adjustable multi-axial spinal coupling assemblies

The present application is directed to multi-axial screw assemblies to connect a longitudinal member to a vertebral member. In one embodiment, the multi-axial screw assembly includes a screw comprising a threaded shank and an enlarged head. The assembly may also include a body with an upper channel sized to receive the longitudinal member, a lower chamber to receive the head. The body is constructed to maintain the head in the lower chamber.

Multi-axial screw assembly

A pivoting connector couples a vertebral member to a longitudinal member. An anchor is pivotally attached to a body by positioning a head of the anchor within a cavity in the body. A longitudinal rod is inserted into a channel also positioned within the body and axially aligned with the cavity. A retainer applies a force to maintain the longitudinal rod within the channel, however the force may be isolated from the anchor. One embodiment may include a compression member that is separate from or integral with the body. The compression member may transmit a rod securing force to the anchor to secure or limit the pivoting movement of the anchor member relative to the body. The compression member may deflect or detach under the influence of the securing force.
