A detection is made that a user of a platform has provided question text via a user interface (UI). A question associated with the provided question text is determined. An answer field format including a data type associated with one or more key terms of the question is identified. The UI is updated to include, with the question, one or more answer field options related to the question. The one or more answer field options are presented based on at least the data type of the identified answer field format.

Systems and methods for a knowledge-based form creation platform

A computing system and method that can be used for a video conferencing system including a watchdog to ensure that all data associated with the video conference is encrypted from end-to-end. In particular, aspects of the present disclosure provide a secure and private approach to conducting remote meetings. For example, the watchdog can monitor the data associated with the video conference, ranging from call setup data to video image and audio data transmitted from one or more client computing devices. In particular, the present disclosure provides a method for ensuring that the video conference data is protected by using multiple steps and monitoring the video conference data while the video conference is ongoing such that remedial measures can be taken immediately when a breach in security is determined.

Video conferencing systems featuring end-to-end encryption watchdog

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for opening files via local application. A first application hosted by a local device presents a user interface associated with the first application, the user interface permitting a user to interact with documents on a cloud computing service, receives, via the user interface associated with the first application, a request to open one or more of the documents, and communicates the request to open the document to a second application hosted by the local device, wherein the second application is a local application different from the first application, wherein the second application has access to local information about a plurality of document processing applications installed on the local device, and wherein the request, received via the user interface associated with the first application, to open the document results in the identified document processing application downloading and opening locally a file that corresponds to the requested document on a cloud computing service.

Opening local applications from browsers

A detection is made that a user of a platform has provided first question text associated with a question via a user interface (UI). A first answer field format including a first data type associated with one or more first key terms of the question text is identified. The UI is updated to include first answer field options related to the first question text based on at least the first data type of the identified answer field format. In response to a detection that the user has provided second question text associated with the question via the UI, a second answer field format including a second data type associated with second key terms and at least one of the first key terms is identified. The UI is updated to include second answer field options related to the first question text and the second question text.

Systems and methods disclosed herein provide a knowledge-based form creation platform. A form creation component may be initiated at a computing device to present a form creation user interface to a user. Content of a question can be received via a user interface from a user, from which a key term may be obtained. Information relating to the key term may be retrieved from a knowledge database, and the information may indicate an answer field format associated with the question. An answer field for the question may be automatically generated based on the answer field format.

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for opening files via local applications. A first application on a local device receives a request to open a document specified by a user via a user interface associated with the first application, the document having a document identifier and associated with a first file stored on a server. The first application communicates the request to open the document associated with the first file to a second application on the local device, and receives, from the second application, information identifying one of the plurality of document processing applications that are on the local device and are capable of opening a second file that is stored on the local device and has the same document identifier as the document specified by the user, the second file being a local copy of the first file. The first application causes the identified document processing application to open locally the second file that corresponds to the requested document associated with the first file stored on the server.

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for opening files via local applications. The first application forwards the request to open the document associated with the first file to a second application on the local device, and receives, from the second application, a list comprising one or more document processing applications that are on the local device and are capable of opening a second file that is stored on the local device and has the same document identifier as the document specified by the user, the second file being a local copy of the first file. The first application selects one of the document processing applications from the list, and causes a selected processing application to open the second file.

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for opening local applications from browsers. A request to open a document associated with a cloud computing system is received from a user. A determination is made that the local device has a copy of the document, and a local application is selected to open the local copy. A message is transmitted to open the local copy with the selected local application.
