A vehicle wheel buffing stand has a first side support frame and a second side support frame spaced from the first side support frame. A first roller extends between the first side support frame and the second side support frame and the first roller is operably connected to the first side support frame and the second side support frame. A second roller extends between the first side support frame and the second side support frame, and the second roller is operably connected to the first side support frame and the second side support frame. The second roller is spaced from the first roller. The stand is configured to receive a vehicle wheel wherein the first roller and the second roller are configured to engage the vehicle wheel and rotatably support the vehicle wheel wherein an operator can rotate the vehicle wheel via rotation of the first roller and the second roller and to prepare surfaces of the vehicle wheel in preparation for mounting a tire on the vehicle wheel.

A system and method for distributing information (collectively the 'system') is disclosed. The system can, but need not, include category-based and geography-based attributes to better 'focus' the information distributed by the system. In the processing of listing-based attributes (e.g. attributes limited to a particular listing), the system can also be influenced by relationship-based attributes (e.g. attributes between the administrator of the system and the advertisers, and even potentially users). If desired, the system can accommodate the ability of advertisers to modify or enhance the display characteristics relating to information records in order to further differential listings and advertisers. The ability to organize listings into tiers can also be incorporated into the system. By organizing listings into tiers, the system may be more effective in maximizing competition at all ends of the listing continuum, and not just the competition for the top position or two.

A method and system for generating and administering vehicle license plates is disclosed. A third party entity provides a database of advertising indicia adapted to be placed on a vehicle license plate. The database is made available to vehicle owners. A vehicle owner selects an advertising indicia to be placed on a license plate. The third party entity provides registration indicia to be placed on the license plate. The third party entity provides inputted vehicle owner information, the selected advertising indicia and registration indicia to the government. The government issues a license plate to the vehicle owner, wherein the issued license plate includes the selected advertising indicia and the registration indicia.

Method and system for generating and administering vehicle license plates

The support medium is a length of rope or a volume of clay granules, the rope, as treated, can be strung around shrubs or along plants.
