A mobile rover has a navigation receiver receiving radio positioning data from radio positioning entities. The mobile rover can report its position to a mobile controller unit or another entity so that the location of the mobile unit can be tracked based on the radio positioning data received by the mobile rover. The radio positioning data can be processed by processing systems within the mobile rover, mobile controller, or other entities such as a position determination entity or a position determination entity proxy. The processing systems can also perform calculations to augment the radio positioning data to provide more accurate estimates of the position of the mobile controller and/or the mobile rover. The mobile controller and/or the mobile rover may be cellular telephones within a cellular network.

Locating system and method

A modular columbarium system comprised of modular niche units each having a plurality of urn niches defined therein, wherein adjacent modular niche units are secured to one utilizing an interlocking system that provides alignment and stabilization of the units. The columbarium system is a modular design which facilitates the easy relocation of the modular niche units and the redesign of the columbarium system. The interlocking system connects the modules of the columbarium system to one another to enable easy expansion of the system without diminishing its stability. The modular niche units can also be used with existing columbarium systems. Memorial plates of various sizes are provided to cover the niche openings such that couples or family members can be grouped together under one memorial plate.

Modular columbarium system

A mobile controller unit has a radio positioning system and a two-way communication system and a rover unit also has a radio positioning system and a two-way radio communication system. The controller unit can query the rover unit to send its location data so that the rover unit can be located and if desired, found, such as in the case of a lost child or items. Relative position between the controller and the rover can be displayed on the controller along with an arrow showing where the rover is, as well as how fast it is moving, a track of its movement and other data. The system can also operate in conjunction with a network system that has a PDE and an application server that perform some of the communications and calculation functions.

A technique and device for rehabilitating or repairing waste water system components or the like, comprising a spray-applied, multi-layer liner which seals the components and imparts structural integrity. The liner comprises a primer layer, a first moisture barrier layer, a foam layer and a second moisture barrier layer. The first and second moisture barrier layers are preferably made of the same material and form a skin on both sides of the internal foam layer. The combination of the foam layer and the two moisture barrier layers imparts structural strength and rigidity to the cured liner.

Liner for waste water system rehabilitation

A method for creating a multiwalled container capable of safely holding a desired liquid. The container may be formed using a mold or form or may be formed on the inside of an existing shell or structure, thereby incorporating the shell or structure as part of the container. The mold or shell is prepared and coated with a first, impermeable polymer layer. An interstitial material is then applied to the first polymer layer and a second impermeable polymer layer is then applied to the permeable, interstitial material. This creates an interstitial space between the two impermeable polymer layers. The process of applying interstitial material and additional polymer layers may be repeated as many times as necessary to achieve the desired number of impermeable walls within the container.

Method for creation of a multi-walled liquid storage vessel

A technique and device for rehabilitating or repairing waste water system components or the like, comprising a spray-applied, multi-layer liner which seals the components and imparts structural integrity. Multi-layer liner for waste water system rehabilitation

This invention relates generally to the field of repair for manholes and other like tubular structures and is more specifically directed to a sectioned panel assembly which is premanufactured for installation within an existing manhole.

Panel for lining manholes and the like

A single stroke pressure viscous liquid pump for discharging highly viscous and filled, abrasive liquids under pressure sufficient for spray coating a surface with such liquids. The device includes an upright liquid tank having an open upper end positioned atop a base plate of a frame in coaxial alignment spaced directly beneath a pressure cylinder which includes an axially movable ram having a piston at its lower end. The piston is sized to sealingly engage the inner surface of the tank whereby downward axial force generated by the ram is transmitted directly against the upper surface of the liquid within the tank. A discharge outlet near the bottom of the tank is connectable to a conduit and liquid spray nozzle for spray application of the pressurized liquid discharged from the tank outlet. Only a single downstroke of the ram is required at a very slow feed rate to empty the tank of liquid, thus eliminating virtually all heat buildup.
