A system, apparatus, and method of forming a hydraulic control valve system is provided. The system may include a hydraulic control valve, a removable mounting module, and a mounting assembly. The hydraulic control valve may have a valve body, the body having a function port, a supply port to allow for the supply of fluid to the function port, and a vent port to allow fluid to vent from the function port. The control valve may also have a gate assembly, the gate assembly having a gate, a seal assembly, and a roller bearings assembly. The seal assembly may include a seal carrier slidably mounted within the gate and a shear seal, to selectively direct hydraulic pressure to and from the subsea function. The hydraulic control valve may also include an actuation assembly for slidably moving the seal assembly, and a female coupling assembly integral with the hydraulic control valve body. The hydraulic control valve system may also include the removable hydraulic mounting module which includes may include the control valve, an input-output module to interface the module to the control valve actuation assembly, and the mounting module housing.

Hydraulic control valve, system and methods

A pig launching system and a pig receiving system for use in cleaning a subsea flowline. This invention further relates to a method of propelling a pig through a flowline using a pressurized accumulator, a method of assembling a subsea pig receiver in a flowline using a remotely operated vehicle, and a method of collecting a sample from a subsea flowline, using an accumulator connected to a pig launcher.

A stab for a gas-lift injection line is disclosed which includes a built-in check valve to exclude seawater as the stab is being delivered to the subsea manifold. The check valve can be a spring-loaded poppet which can be pressure-balanced with the surrounding hydrostatic forces, or alternatively, preloaded with the use of a pressurized chamber working in conjunction with a biasing spring to hold the check valve in the closed position during delivery. After insertion of the stab into the subsea manifold, the gas flow begins in the stab, which overcomes the forces of the spring and/or pressurized compartment to push the check valve into the open position to allow gas-lift flow through the manifold and down the annulus into the gas-lift valves in the well. Bypass flow passages are incorporated into the plug to provide an additional force to hold the plug in the open position once the gas-lift pressure is applied so as to prevent chattering of the check valve component in the stab.

A molded plastic attachment clip with a lip at the top and angles leading back to siding, and back again to main body of clip causing a positive lock when inserted into the locking mechanism of vinyl siding, with two foldable arms to hold gutter downspouts in place without nailing or damaging the vinyl siding. This unique locking system allows for easy aligning of downspouts after installation, and does not void the warranty of vinyl siding as does present method of strapping downspouts.

An improved system connects subsea coupling components mounted to a movable junction plate assembly and a fixed junction plate assembly of a subsea petroleum recovery tree. The connecting handle on a movable junction plate assembly is biased for locking engagement with a movable plate to manipulate the movable junction plate assembly, but may be unlocked upon engagement with the fixed junction plate assembly to permit rotation of the connecting handle and thereby threadedly connect the junction plate assemblies. An extension arm assembly for supporting the movable junction plate assembly may be pivotably mounted to a control pod assembly, with the extension arm being extendible and contractible to allow an ROV or diver to move the junction plate assembly within a preselected zone of control.
