A mobile device management system stores network parameters so that certain functionality can be disabled or placed in sleep mode to optimize and lengthen battery life. The mobile device analyzes its user calendar schedule to download navigation data and network parameters so that tasks such as downloading information and updates are performed during times that the mobile device is connected to lower cost network access such as WiFi networks. By performing tasks such as the downloading of information based on availability of low cost network resources, the battery life of the mobile device may be lengthened. By storing network parameters such as the location of dead zones and roaming zones, the constant pinging of the RF baseband chip can be disabled and only enabled when the mobile device knows it is close to an areas where the mobile device must switch networks, further reducing power consumption.

A mobile device management system including a method for monitoring a remote video camera and event scheduling, synchronization and modification using location information. Video from a remote camera is encoded by a computer and streamed in real time over a network to a mobile device for decoding and display. The computer encoder and mobile device decoder are software-based. Event calendar and schedule information is incorporated, shared and automatically updated among multiple mobile devices. Location information, such as from a locator network or a satellite-based global positioning system, is used to provide real time updates to a mobile device calendar or event schedule. A map or other indicia of the location of other mobile devices may be provided.

The first end includes the wheel axle and the second kingpin hole, and the second end includes the pivot arm. A swingable kingpin includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion swings relative to the second portion. A skateboard comprises a deck including a first layer formed of synthetic material, a second layer formed of synthetic material and substantially coplanar with the first layer, and a middle layer substantially coplanar with and coupled between the first layer and the second layer. The middle layer is formed of synthetic material defining an elongated opening extending lengthwise from a front portion of the deck to a rear portion of the deck. An elongated member is formed of spring steel extending lengthwise within the elongated opening and spaced from at least one surface thereof to allow relative movement between the elongated member and the elongated opening. A truck assembly includes a baseplate coupled to the second layer and having a pivot arm hole, a first kingpin hole and a spring holder. The truck assembly further includes an axle housing having a second kingpin hole, a first and second end.
