A brush for cleaning the interior of a bottle or container is provided. The brush includes at least one cleaning element installed on the distal end of a shaft. The proximal end of the shaft is shaped to be gripped by a hand of a user. The distal end of the shaft includes at least one notch formed therein, where the notch has a proximal side wall, a distal side wall oppositely disposed from the proximal side wall, and a middle section disposed between the proximal side wall and the distal side wall. Each cleaning element is installed in a corresponding notch.

An exercise device is disclosed for use in performing pushups, the exercise device including an elongate hand support structure adjacent an elongate foot support structure. A top end of the hand support structure is attached to a corresponding top end of the foot support structure, and at least a bottom end of the hand support structure is spaced apart from a corresponding bottom end of the foot support structure. The hand support structure includes a pair of laterally spaced-apart, generally parallel elongate hand support rails having longitudinally spaced-apart handle mounts. The foot support structure includes a pair of laterally spaced-apart, generally parallel elongate foot support rails having longitudinally spaced-apart platform mounts. The exercise device further includes a handle configured for selectable attachment to the handle mounts and a foot platform configured for selectable attachment to the platform mounts.

Cooler with seat and anti-tip support

A combined cooler/seat having an anti-tip support that extends rearward the ground contact of the cooler/seat beyond the simple footprint of the cooler/seat itself, thereby providing extra support for resisting backward tilting of the cooler/seat; wherein the anti-tip support adjustably extends rearward from the bottom rear portion of the cooler/seat.
