An additive manufacturing system includes an additive manufacturing unit that includes a housing for additively processing a powder material along a build direction into a build assembly. The additive manufacturing system further includes a rotator assembly for rotating the build assembly within the housing. The rotator assembly includes a frame including a first frame arm and a second frame arm and a carriage rotatably coupled to the first frame arm and to the second frame arm. The carriage includes at least one coupling mechanism for removably coupling the carriage to the build assembly. The rotator assembly further includes a drive assembly coupled to the carriage for selectively rotating the carriage about a rotational axis that is generally perpendicular to the build direction.

A gas manifold for single-nozzle deposition chambers comprising a base having a top surface and bottom surface defining a thickness; a primary nozzle having an inlet and outlet extending through the thickness of the base; and a secondary nozzle having an inlet extending partially through the top surface of the base and at least one channel extending a distance from a sidewall of the base having an outlet, the channel in fluid communication with the inlet of the secondary nozzle. The inlet of the primary nozzle has a hollow protrusion extending from the top surface of the base into the gas feed. The channel of the secondary nozzle includes a bend between the sidewall of the base and the outlet configured to pass between a first direct energy source and second direct energy source, the first energy source and second energy source disposed on a top wall of a chamber.

The described invention allows a do-it-yourselfer to customize a headboard to coordinate with a purchased comforter simply, quickly and inexpensively. To accomplish this, a groove is provided along the back-side of the headboard, inwardly from its outer edge, and over which a matching fabric to the comforter is stretched taut; a flexible tubing is then fit over the fabric to snugly force it into the groove, where it is further held in place by a pair of added, overlapping legs which extend to secure the headboard to the bed frame. The fabric can be easily changed at a later date, merely by unscrewing the securing legs and pulling up on the tubing in freeing the fabric from the groove.
