A system to store food products within a heated compartment is provided. The system includes an enclosure that receives stacked trays, and an elevator to lift trays to a position to receive a plurality of food products from a conveyor or another source. A fork may be provided that receives a cooked food product thereon and rotates to allow the cooked food product to fall into the positioned tray while being maintained in a horizontal manner. A shuttle moves a full tray into a heated compartment, which moves trays therewithin to organize them for future use within a restaurant operation.

Automated food management system

A fitting for extruding a frozen food product is provided. The fitting is adapted to produce multiple parallel streams of flowable frozen food that resembles pasta. The fitting includes a body with an open end at a first end of the body and a partially closed second end of the body opposite the first side of the body, the partially closed second end comprising a plurality of holes that extend therethrough. An inner surface of the body includes a cylindrical portion and an arcuate portion, the arcuate portion disposed proximate to the open end and the cylindrical portion disposed between the arcuate portion and the partially closed end, wherein an inner diameter along the arcuate portion is smaller than an inner diameter along the cylindrical portion.

A cooking system includes a grill, a first arm assembly and a second arm assembly. An electronic hardware controller is in signal communication with the at least one grill, the first arm assembly and the second arm assembly. The controller operates the first arm assembly to transfer a prepared product to the grill, and operates the second arm assembly to transfer a cooked product from the grill.

Multi-robotic arm cooking system

A microchannel freezing cylinder assembly is disclosed that includes an inner cylinder located within an outer cylinder. Multiple grooves are located on the exterior of the inner cylinder that form multiple microchannels when the inner cylinder is located within the outer cylinder. The inner cylinder includes an inlet header and a distribution header, with multiple orifices located in a ridge between the inlet header and distribution header. The distribution header is in fluid communication with the microchannels.

A corrugated sheath of the heat exchanger is disposed radially outward from and extends circumferentially about the outer face for transferring heat through the inner tube.

A cooking apparatus includes a cooking surface, a leveling device, an inclinometer, and an electronic controller. The leveling device is constructed and arranged to adjust a position of the cooking surface, and the inclinometer senses the cooking surface position. The electronic controller is configured to receive a position signal from the inclinometer and output a command signal to the leveling device for position adjustment.

A food product valve for a container of a food product dispensing machine includes a body and a resiliently flexible member. The body defines a flow passage extending along a centerline, and includes a circumferentially continuous face for sealing contact with the container and an end portion that defines a seat. The resiliently flexible member is sealably disposed in the seat and includes a self-sealing piercing constructed and arranged to open for communication with the flow passage upon a force directed in a radially outward direction.

A beverage dispenser includes a mixing portion to mix a plurality of beverage ingredients and a dispensing portion to dispense the mixed beverage. The dispenser further includes a product input portion having a plurality of refillable ingredient bins operably connectible to the mixing portion. Each refillable ingredient bin includes a self-closing seal located at a bin outlet to prevent leakage of the beverage ingredients from the bin outlet when the refillable ingredient bin is disconnected from the mixing portion. A frozen food dispensing machine includes a refrigerated first zone including a product storage chamber. A second zone is operably connected to the first zone for flowing product from the first zone. A third zone is configured to receive a flow of product from the second zone, freeze the flow of product and dispense the flow of product. The first zone, the second zone and the third zone are isolatable from each other.

Frozen food dispensing machine and method of operation

A beverage system includes a pump that draws a set amount of a flavored concentrate into a mixing chamber through a conduit for mixing with water to form a beverage. A sensor detects when the amount of the flavored concentrate in the conduit is low or the amount of the flavored concentrate in a concentrate container is low or out. The sensor includes two wings each including a recessed surface that together define a circular space. A portion of the conduit is received in the circular space. Each of the wings includes an ultrasonic portion that emits ultrasonic waves that are non-intrusive. When the amount of flavored concentrate in the conduit is low, air bubbles are generated in the flow of the flavored concentrate as it flows along the conduit and/or a vacuum is created in the conduit to draw the conduit away from the recessed surfaces. The ultrasonic waves detect either of these two features, indicating that the amount of the flavored concentrate is low.

A calibration cup for use in calibrating a quantity of a dessert dispensed from a product dispensing machine includes a body portion having an interior cavity, the interior cavity including a first chamber adjacent to at least a second chamber being disposed along a longitudinal width of the body portion, the first and the at least one second chamber being configured for receiving a quantity of the dessert from the product dispensing machine; and at least one opening on the body portion, the at least one opening being configured for receiving a nozzle coupled to the product dispensing machine; where the body portion is configured for self-aligning the first chamber and the at least a second chamber to the product dispensing machine.

Embodiments are directed to a control unit comprising an input/output interface to receive a selection of a product, a dispensing unit in communication with the control unit, the dispensing unit receiving commands from the control unit, the dispensing unit configured to generate a first portion of the product in a first position and generate a second portion of the product in a second position, and a shifting mechanism coupled to the dispensing unit, the shifting mechanism moving a product containing device from the first position to the second position when the first portion of the product is complete, wherein the dispensing unit is configured to generate a portion of a second product in the first position when the dispensing unit is generating the second portion of the product in the second position.
