An athletic garment generally includes a short member, a supporter, and a plurality of straps. The short member may include a front panel, rear panel, two side panels, and a waistband. The supporter is dimensioned to releasably receive an athletic protective cup. The straps are coupled to one end of the supporter and are attached to the opposing rear panel of the short member.

An athletic garment generally includes a short member, a cup receiving pocket, and a strap. The short member may include a front panel, rear panel, two side panels, and a waistband. The pocket is dimensioned to receive an athletic protective cup and has an open end, a closed end and two side portions. The open end of the pocket is attached to the waistband or to the front panel of the short member. The strap is coupled to the closed end of the pocket and is attached along an axis of the rear panel of the short member. Alternatively, a protective cup may be attached to the athletic garment without the use of a pocket. The garment is also useable with replaceable incontinent pads and/or where the cup is formed from liquid absorbent material.

A protective pad includes a pre-tensioned resilient padded membrane resiliently suspended to a semi-rigid shell. A cavity is defined between the pre-tensioned padded membrane and the shell. In use, the pad is attached to the limb or joint to be protected with the tensioned membrane engaging the limb or joint to be protected. The pre-tensioned membrane and air cushion in the cavity absorb the energy of an impact transferred by the shell during a sporting event or other activity.

An athletic protector cup is provided including a rigid cup-shaped base member and an impact resistant resilient body which is fixedly attached to an exterior surface and around a periphery of the base member. The resilient body includes a flange extending beyond portions of the base member edge and having a geometry for providing additional impact resistance.

This invention relates to a protective mouthguard for use by athletes that incorporates a color customizable feature, allowing users to customize the visible color of the mouthguard. The invented protective mouthguard has a u-shaped base that will fit inside of a user's mouth. The front surface of the mouthguard can be visible when the mouthguard is worn by the user inside of his mouth. A colorable strip is placed inside a cavity in the front wall of the mouthguard and is visible through holes that are placed in the front wall.

A heart protector is described that comprises of an angular body. The angular body will have at least two contact points wherein the angular body is capable of being attached to a garment at said contact points such that the angular body is positioned in front of the heart of a user and said contact points are positioned at locations around the pectoral muscles of the user when said garment is worn by the user.
