A method and system enables language translation and routing of Person-to-Person (P2P) messages. Customer messages are diverted to various alternate destinations in an enterprise based on the language of the messages. Enterprise alternate destinations include language capable call center customer service representatives (CSRs), language specialized call centers, and personnel in various departments in an enterprise having language skills. The CSRs and other personnel can communicate through the call centers or using data enabled devices. Information collected from the messages can be used to determine the appropriate destination.

A continuous power system assembly is provided that includes an integrated shaft-driven unit. The unit contains a turbine, an alternator, a flywheel and a feed pump, all of which are coupled to the shaft. During various modes of operation, any of the turbine, alternator or flywheel may provide the torque used to drive the shaft. When the alternator is not providing the necessary torque to drive the shaft, it is operated as a generator that provides back-up power to a load. The present invention also includes a unique nozzle design that improves the ease with the nozzles may be manufactured in comparison to known designs. The nozzle is manufactured as two halves which are mated as part of the manufacturing process. The individual nozzles may, because only half of the nozzle segments exist on either half of the nozzle block, be easily manufactured using conventional machining.

This invention is a wall fastener to join abutting surfaces such as affixing a bracket to a wall. The L-shape arms of the fastener are attached with hinges to a shell or to a slidable nut enclosed in a shell which is inserted in a preformed hole or aperture in the wall. The fastener with arms attached to the slidable nut is adjustable for use with walls of varying widths. A screw holding the object to be attached is inserted in the shell and threaded through the nut (FIG. 4). The screw then engages the arms of the fastener and forces them to pivot into a clamping position (FIG. 5). The screw is turned until the arms are clamped against the wall (FIG. 6). The fastener with the arms attached to the shell is similar in operation to the adjustable fastener except its use is for walls or surfaces of the same width as the device.

A three-dimensional frame structure for the construction of road mats is disclosed. The structure includes the components of the mat positioned to insure uniformity of assembly of mats of different sizes, with a single end structure that acts as a template and with means for moving a mat for final affixing onto a table while permitting the assembly holding structure to be repositioned for constructing another mat. A method of manufacture for road mats which utilizes a frame to position the components of the mat during the mat's manufacture into a predetermined arrangement to ensure the uniformity of each mat for interchange use in the field is also disclosed, whereby mats may be completed by the apparatus while other mats are being assembled. A temporary road comprised of two sets of mats is also disclosed. The first set of mats is laid down such that its smooth surface is on the ground. A second set of mats is interlaced so that each mat of the second set overlays one-half of two adjacent mats of the first set or, alternatively, overlays four mutually touching first set of mats. Channels and corresponding transverse elements are provided in both the first and second set of mats to permit the overlap by approximately one-half of a mat of the first set with mats of the second set.

Aerodynamic structures in which loads are carried around the corner between two angularly related sections in a covering composed of multiple, anisotropic plies of a polymer reinforced with unidirectional fibers or filaments (these terms are used interchangeably herein). Tear straps are incorporated in the covering to halt the propagation of cracks, and filler plies are located between the tear straps to minimize irregularities in the surfaces of the covering.

Cap (50,70) is resilient and fills gap (16) between the top portion of head (44,62) and the inner sidewalls of hole (6). Cap (50,70) forms, with skin (2), an aerodynamic surface which is sufficiently continuous to receive and maintain a crack-free coat of paint having a uniform thickness. The top (52) of cap (50) of internally wrenching fastener (36) is an integral layer of uniform thickness. The top (72) of cap (70) of fastener (58) includes a uniform layer covering the head's top surface around a tool receiving recess (66) and a body of material (74) filling recess (66) and positioned therein after structures (2,4) are attached.

Lightning protection fastener

A cash box for paper currency has an opening therein through which a bill can be introduced into that cash box to form part of a stack of paper currency within that cash box. A closure is movable away from that opening to an open position to permit a bill to be introduced through that opening and stacked; and that closure is movable to a closed position adjacent that opening to prevent the removal of paper currency from that stack of paper currency. A latch for the closure permits the closure to be moved between the open and the closed positions; and the latch will, whenever that closure has been moved to open position and then to closed position, thereafter automatically prevent unauthorized movement of that closure out of closed position.

A method of installing a compressible insert in an exterior surface of a body is disclosed. There is also disclosed a laminar flow control arrangement that may be produced by such method.
