A dry swim simulation system is described. A portion of the system includes a platform extending vertically from the base platform and a first and a second retractable pulley. Another portion of the system includes a first support assembly comprising a first movable cradle configured to receive thighs of the user and a second support assembly. The second support assembly includes a second movable cradle configured to receive a torso of the user, a computing device, and a headrest comprising an opening configured to receive a face of the user such that the user views the computing device. The computing device is configured to receive parameters associated with the user during use of the dry swim simulation system from numerous electrical and/or mechanical components. The computing device is configured to analyze the parameters and provide real-time feedback to the user to improve performance of swimming strokes.

Dry swim simulation system

A forward and rearward support assembly each have a vertical fixed post with upper and intermediate apertures and a pair of vertical reciprocable posts with upper and lower and intermediate apertures. Each support assembly has an upper and a lower oscillating plate. Each plate has an upper aperture. An upper pivot pin extends there through and through the apertures of the fixed posts. Each plate has a pair of laterally aligned lower apertures. Each plate has lower pivot pins. The lower pivot pins extend there through and through intermediate and lower apertures of the reciprocable posts. A forward and a rearward cradle and pivot pins couple the cradles and upper apertures of the reciprocable posts.

The applicator further includes at least one opening, such that the internal cavity is externally accessible, and the applicator further comprises: (a) a substantially fluid-impervious barrier layer within the internal cavity adjacent one of the sides; and (b) a rupturable fluid-containing reservoir located between the barrier layer and the side.

The applicator further includes at least one opening, such that the internal cavity is externally accessible, and the applicator further comprises: (a) a substantially fluid-impervious barrier layer within the internal cavity adjacent one of the sides; and (b) a rupturable fluid-containing reservoir located between the barrier layer and the side.
