A hanger comprising a hanger body and a hook assembly. An attachment assembly is configured to allow for the coupling of the hanger body and the hook assembly in selectively rotatable engagement. The attachment assembly includes a first coupling component and a second coupling component, the first coupling component positioned on the hook assembly and the second coupling component positioned on the hanger body. A releasable locking component releasably where employed locks the first coupling component and the second coupling component in at least a collapsed configuration and an articulated configuration. A loop member may extend from the attachment assembly.

A hanger including a hanger body, a hook assembly and an attachment assembly. The hanger includes a hanger body and a hook assembly. The hook assembly includes a body and a hook member. The attachment assembly is structurally configured to couple the hook assembly to the hanger body while facilitating relative rotation thereof, and, comprises a first coupling component and a second coupling component. The first coupling component includes a central post having an outer surface and locking tabs at a distal end thereof. The second coupling component has a central bore with a rear annular surface. The central post extends through the central bore, with the locking tabs interfacing with the rear annular surface so as to substantially preclude axial movement of the central post within the central bore, while allowing rotation about an axis that extends through the central post.

A sizer for a garment hanger configured to extend over a garment hanger comprising a body. The body has an outer surface and an inner surface, and defines a cavity with an upper opening and a lower opening. The body further having a central region with a first wall and a second wall spaced apart therefrom, and, a first curved wall spanning between the first wall and the second wall and a second curved wall spanning between the first wall and the second wall. The first and second curved walls are outwardly convex and define a peak region on each of the first and second curved walls. Applying a pinching force upon the first and second curved walls toward each other drives the first wall and second wall further apart, to, in turn, temporarily widen at least one of the lower and the upper openings of the body.

Sizer for a garment hanger and garment hanger having a sizer

A garment hanger comprising a body, a hook member and a first and second clamp assembly. The body includes a beam member, a first end and a second end. The beam member has an upper flange and a lower flange spaced apart from the upper flange. Additionally, a first web portion extends from and is oblique to the upper flange. A second web portion extends from and is oblique to the lower flange. The two web portions intersect each other between the upper and lower flanges. The hook member is coupled to the body. The clamp members are positioned on opposing sides of the body. One or both of the clamp assemblies include a rear assembly half and a front assembly half. The two halves are pivotally coupled to each other. Each half has a garment engaging surface and a spring receiving region. The spring receiving region is configured to receive at least two spring members. At least one spring member is coupled to the spring receiving region so as to bias the garment engagement surfaces toward each other.

Garment hanger having clamp assemblies

A garment hanger comprising a body, a hook member and a first and second clamp assembly. The body includes a beam member, a first end and a second end. The beam member has an upper flange and a lower flange spaced apart from the upper flange. Additionally, a first web portion extends from and is oblique to the upper flange. A second web portion extends from and is oblique to the lower flange. The two web portions intersect each other between the upper and lower flanges. The hook member is coupled to the body. The clamp members are positioned on opposing sides of the body. One or both of the clamp assemblies include a rear assembly half and a front assembly half. The two halves are pivotally coupled to each other. Each half has a garment engaging surface and a spring receiving region. The spring receiving region is configured to receive a at least two spring members. At least one spring member is coupled to the spring receiving region so as to bias the garment engagement surfaces toward each other.

A garment hanger comprising a body, a hook member and sizer attachment member. The body includes a central region, a first leg extending away from the central region and a second leg extending in a direction opposite to the first leg. Each of the first leg and the second leg include a strap slot which comprises a central opening defined by opposing upper flanges terminating with inward protrusions, and a convex bottom flange defining a peak corresponding to the central opening. The hook member is coupled to the body. The sizer is attached to the body proximate an interface between the hook member and the body and comprises a first and a second opposing buttress positioned about either side of a central base. Each of the first and second opposing buttresses include a plurality of flanges and a web disposed therebetween.
