A project analysis and recommendation system having a user interface configured to receive user input regarding a project and various project parameters; one or more sets of computer instructions, a user skill database, and a candidate skill database; and a processor configured to implement the one or more sets of computer instructions from the non-transitory computer readable medium. The processor configured to perform the following tasks: analyze the user skill database; determine a match between the plurality of necessary competencies and one or more user profiles; analyze the candidate skill database; determine a match between the plurality of necessary competencies and one or more potential candidate profiles; and generate a user recommendation relating to an internal assignment of the project, user training, an external assignment of the project, or an external candidate hire.

System and method for determining competency deficiencies and matching between particular projects and available workers or candidates

Contemplated herein is a system and method for answering user queries, the system and method including a tracked user skill database, a historical database, and a training content database wherein processing circuitry can determine a tool being utilized by a user; receive a user input query; tokenize the user input query and associate one or more tokens with the user input query; and search the databases so as to match the query with content within the databases. The system can then present potential matches to the user and receiving input regarding user satisfaction with regard to the potential matches presented. If the answer is not satisfactory the system can then analyze the tracked user skill database for user profiles indicating proficiency in the matched feature of the query.

Automatic updating interactive query answering and feature training method and system

A project analysis, and match recommendation system having a user interface configured to receive user input regarding a project and associated parameters. The system also includes one or more processors configured to implement one or more sets of computer instructions which instruct the one or more processors to analyze a worker skill database having a plurality of worker profiles and associated worker skill proficiencies associated with one or more particular worker proficiencies; and determine a match between a plurality of particular required project competencies and one or more worker profiles having one or more particular worker proficiencies so as to facilitate optimal project assignment or placement.

System and method for providing optimized matching between projects and individuals having applicable competencies

A job site formed double sealed, double wall insulated spa pipe coupling is effected between two axially connected coupling components each having a plastic inner pipe and a concentric plastic outer pipe of considerably larger diameter with the pipes being connected by in situ foam insulation filing the space between the pipes. One component has the outer pipe and the foam insulation severed to expose the bare outer periphery of the inner pipe over a short length. The second component similarly formed includes a radially enlarged section over a short length to define a radially enlarged hub. An annular cylindrical collar of a length equal to the length of the hub is adhesively fixed on its inner periphery to the outer diameter of the outer pipe of the first component. The bare inner pipe is adhesively coated and fixed insertably into the interior of the radially enlarged inner pipe at said hub and an annular cylindrical coupler having a length equal to the combined axial length of the collar and the hub and having an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the collar and hub is adhesively sealed concentrically about the collar and hub to complete the double sealed pipe coupling.

Double sealed, double wall insulated SPA pipe coupling

An exteriorly installed therapeutic spa has a water circulation loop, including an electric heater for heating the water, an electric motor-driven pump for circulating the water at low and high speeds and electric motor-operated blower for injecting air into the water. Control is effected by an in-house control panel within a residence, a spa side control unit mounted on the spa shell for access by the spa occupant and a main control panel at an equipment area. The control system incorporates a low voltage transformer and rectifier to provide low voltage DC. The spa side control unit utilizes a plurality of low voltage hermetically sealed switches under manual knob control, acting in parallel with in-house control panel low voltage switches. Low voltage relays responsive to low voltage switch operation control operation of the equipment within the equipment area under thermostat control with high voltage override manual switches at the main control panel. Vacation switches within the house and at the main control panel selectively disable at least the in-house switches and insures low flow velocity circulation of the water and heating of the same responsive to freeze thermostat switch closure.
