An overflow assembly including an overflow cap and a locking ring is described that allows liquid (e.g., water) being received or collected in a plumbing fixture (e.g., a bathtub) to flow into an overflow pipe in an effective, aesthetically pleasing manner using components that are easier to install than some conventional solutions. The locking ring has a threaded inner surface that is designed to be threaded onto an externally threaded end of the overflow pipe that is extended through a wall of the plumbing fixture to secure the overflow pipe with respect to the wall. The overflow cap may then be pressed onto the externally threaded end of the overflow pipe, such that it engages the externally threaded end via engagement tabs. The overflow cap can be removed from the end of the overflow pipe by rotating the cap to unthread it from the threaded end of the overflow pipe.

Provided is an exhaust vent for venting air including a base member configured to be secured to a structure. The base member may define an opening in fluid communication with an exhaust conduit of the structure and a raised flange disposed around the opening. The exhaust vent may also include a removable vent adapter, wherein the adapter is configured to connect to the raised flange and maintain fluid communication between the opening and the exhaust conduit. A substantially hollow housing may be attached to the base member and configured to cover the opening of the base member and maintain fluid communication between the opening and an exterior of the housing. A pivoting damper may also be disposed within the substantially hollow housing configured to rest atop the opening of the base member when in a closed position.

Plumbing outlet boxes, such as for connecting washing machines, ice makers, and other plumbed appliances to plumbing systems, are provided that can be attached to each other without the use of separate connectors or mounting brackets. In particular, plumbing outlet boxes are described that include receiving features and mounting tabs extending outwardly from the side walls. The receiving features and mounting tabs are arranged such that the plumbing outlet box has rotational symmetry. In this way, receiving features may be engaged with mounting tabs of an adjacent plumbing outlet box regardless of the relative orientation of the mating plumbing outlet boxes.

Plumbing outlet boxes, such as for connecting washing machines, ice makers, and other plumbed appliances to plumbing systems, are provided that can be attached to each other in an assembly via a bracket. The plumbing outlet boxes may include one or more connectors. The assembly may further include a bracket having a plurality of engaging portions for engaging the connectors of the plumbing outlet boxes. The bracket may engage the plumbing outlet boxes to each other and/or to a stud within a wall.

The present invention provides a replacement closet flange for installing into an end of a drain pipe having an inner surface and a method of assembling a replacement closet flange. In general, the replacement closet flange includes a main body comprising a substantially cylindrical section and a flange section extending radially outward from and approximately perpendicular to an upper end of the cylindrical section, a flexible seal attached to at least a portion of the cylindrical section proximate a lower end thereof and configured, when the replacement closet flange is installed, to sealingly engage with the inner surface of the drain pipe, and at least one retaining clip attached to a location about an outer periphery of the cylindrical section. The retaining clip includes a retaining tab proximate an end thereof configured, when the replacement closet flange is installed, to fixedly engage with an inner surface of the drain pipe.

A poke-through device for installation in a hole extending through a concrete floor structure of a building. The device provides a four-plug arrangement, together with two data connection jacks, all located in a concealed manner. The device alternatively provides a two-plug arrangement, together with four data connection jacks. An additional alternative embodiment provides an arrangement having six data connection jacks.

Concealed service poke-through device

An infloor electrical outlet box selectively supports power and data/communication wires therein. The outlet box is positionable within the floor and includes a plurality of access ports for providing separate selective entry of power and data/communication wires into the box. A service divider is movably insertable into the box interior. The service divider provides for separation as between the power and data/communication wires. An activation member is positioned at the open upper end of the box for supporting power receptacles and data/communication receptacles for terminating the respective wires.

A fully adjustable electrical receptacle housing used for mounting in a floor includes a junction box for receiving a conduit, a leveling tray and a receptacle cover for mounting an electrical termination device. The leveling tray is positioned within an opening of the junction box and is adjustable in any plane with respect to the opening. The receptacle frame is seated upon and is fully supported by the leveling tray without the need for mechanical connection to the tray.

A junction box cover for installing in an access port. The access port has an outer member with an inner surface and an upper surface, an inner member with an inside surface, a support surface, and a keyway. The junction box cover includes a ring and a junction box lid. The lid includes a first disc with a contact surface and a resting surface. The contact surface abuts the inner surface of the outer member and the resting surface is supported by the upper surface of the inner member when the cover is installed in the access port. The lid also includes a second disc that is integrally formed with the first disc and has an outer surface that abuts the inside surface of the inner annular member when the cover is installed in the access port. The lid further includes at least one extension integrally formed with the second disc and protruding therefrom for insertion through the keyway such that the cover non-threadably engages the access port. The cover allows for various thickness of flooring material and a positive insertion and securing into the access port.
