The one or more providers include at least individuals available to treat or assist each of the one or more clients and one or more biometric devices associated with the one or more clients. Goals are established for each of the one or more clients. Data associated with each of the one or more clients is compiled as received from the one or more providers in the server. A determination is made where the goals are being met in response to the thresholds for the compiled data. Alerts are automatically communicated in response to the compiled data varying from a threshold to become significant for one of the one or more clients.
