An embodiment of the invention may include a method, computer program product and computer system for three-dimensional medical image generation. The method, computer program product and computer system may include computing device which may receive a first three-dimensional medical image of a first patient from a first period of time, a two-dimensional medical image of the first patient from a second period of time and a plurality of three-dimensional medical images for a plurality of second patients. The computing device may input the three-dimensional medical image of the first patient, the two-dimensional medical image of the first patient and the plurality of three-dimensional medical images for a plurality of second patients into a generative adversarial network (GAN). The computing device may generate a synthetic three-dimensional medical image for the first patient based on the two-dimensional medical image from the second period of time utilizing the GAN.

Three-dimensional medical image generation

A method and system is provided for automatically determining a key image for display to a user as part of analyzing an image study generated as part of a medical imaging procedure. The system includes a memory storing a plurality of image studies, a display device for displaying images and an electronic processor interacting with the memory and the display device. The electronic processor is configured to determine a first key image within a plurality of images included in a first image study and to automatically determine, by executing one or more rules associated with one or more of the first key image, a user, a type of the first image study, a modality generating the first image study, an anatomy, a location of the modality, and patient demographics, a second key image included in at least one second image study. The system displays the second key image with the first key image to aid a user.

Automated selection, arrangement, and processing of key images

Methods and systems for generating and displaying a simulated anatomical photograph. One system includes an electronic processor. The electronic processor is configured to receive a first selection from a user, the first selection designating a body part of a patient, receive a second selection from the user, the second selection designating a time period, automatically access imaging information for the patient associated with the first selection and the second selection, automatically generate the simulated anatomical photograph for the body part for the time period based on the imaging information, and display the simulated anatomical photograph to the user within a graphical user interface.

Medical image exam navigation using simulated anatomical photographs

In an approach to tracking markers in one or more images, one or more computer processors identify objects that exist in more than one image from a plurality of images. The one or more computer processors analyze the identified objects for one or more physical characteristics. The one or more computer processors assign a marker to at least one object of the identified objects on at least one image of the more than one image, wherein the marker is annotated based upon the one or more physical characteristics of the object of the identified objects. The one or more computer processors store the more than one images, analysis data, and marker data associated with the identified objects and one or more markers. The one or more computer processors manipulate the one or more images based on a change in the objects across the more than one image.

Dynamic image and image marker tracking

Methods and systems for generating and displaying a simulated anatomical photograph based on a medical image generated by an imaging modality. The system comprises an electronic processor configured to receive the medical image, determine an anatomical structure in the medical image, and automatically generate the simulated anatomical photograph based on the anatomical structure, wherein the pixels of the simulated anatomical photograph represent a simulated cross-sectional anatomical photograph of the anatomical structure. The electronic processor is also configured to determine a degree of confidence of a portion of the simulated anatomical photograph, compare the degree of confidence to a threshold, and, in response to the degree of confidence of the portion of the simulated anatomical photograph failing to satisfy the threshold, display the portion of the simulated anatomical photograph differently from another portion of the simulated anatomical photograph.

User interface for displaying simulated anatomical photographs

Methods and systems for generating a simulated anatomical photograph based on a medical image generated by an imaging modality. One method includes receiving, with an electronic processor, the medical image, anatomically segmenting the medical image, with the electronic processor, to determine a plurality of anatomical structures represented in the medical image, and determining, with the electronic processor, how each of the plurality of anatomical structures is photographically depicted by accessing at least one knowledge base. The method also includes generating, with the electronic processor, the simulated anatomical photograph based on the plurality of anatomical structures and how each of the plurality of anatomical structures is photographically depicted, wherein the pixels of the simulated anatomical photograph represent a simulated cross-sectional anatomical photograph of the plurality of anatomical structures, and displaying, with the electronic processor via a display device, the simulated anatomical photograph within a user interface.

Generating simulated photographic anatomical slices

A trigger mechanism wherein the trigger moves about a first fulcrum for sear release of the firing pin and a second fulcrum for further retraction of the sear away from the bolt assembly to permit rearward removal of the latter. The trigger is configured to provide two spaced apart pivots which coact with the underside of the rifle receiver. Sear retraction for bolt assembly release is accomplished with minimal trigger movement.

A bolt assembly includes a locking lug bored to slidably receive both a bolt hold down plunger and a cartridge extractor pin jointly actuated by an interposed coil spring. An extractor is rockably mounted adjacent the bolt forward end and urged by the extractor pin into gripping engagement with a cartridge rim for extracting same from the gun barrel chamber. The extractor includes a stem loosely received in a bolt defined recess.

Combination extractor and hold down mechanism for a bolt-action rifle

This invention relates to a method and apparatus for operating a mobile communications transmitter/receiver type radio from a motorcycle or in another high ambient noise environment. A contact vibration transducer is provided for being coupled to the throat area of the communicator for generating a transmit audio signal responsive to the vibrations of the vocal cords talking. The transmit audio signal is then coupled to a modulator section of the communications transmitter for modulating the transmitter output. A voice operated relay is provided for switching the transmitter/receiver into and out of the transmit mode responsive to receiving the transmit audio signal from the contact vibration transducer. In this manner the transmit audio signal and the transmit/receive switching will be relatively impervious to the high ambient noise levels surrounding the communicator.
