An exercise device having a water-tight, interior compartment into which a destabilizing liquid can be added to fill the device to a desired weight, such as by indicated on weight marks provided on an exterior surface of the exercise device. The device is capable of being filled with the destabilizing liquid via a water port of the device, which may be releasably securable to a water hose or faucet. The destabilizing liquid filling the interior compartment of the exercise device provides resistance to muscular movement and provides destabilization of the device as an aid in improving a user's balance and coordination. Handles and/or at least one protruding knob are provided on the exterior surface of the exercise device, and/or padded straps are provided on the exterior surface of the exercise device for attaching the device to the user's limbs or back. One side of the device may be flattened and padded to increase comfort for the user when the device is attached to the user's body.

Exercise device and use thereof

A pontoon boat fender comprises a shell portion with a hollow interior and a bumper portion slidably received in the shell portion hollow interior. The bumper portion is movable between a navigating position and a docking position. In the navigating position, the bumper portion is retracted into the shell portion hollow interior. In the docking position, the bumper portion is extended from the shell portion hollow interior. The shell portion has a tab adjacent to a longitudinal end of the shell portion and a hook adjacent to a longitudinally opposite end of the shell portion. The tab and hook cooperate with each other to enable securing the boat fender to a fence and deck of the pontoon boat.

Exercise device

A balancing device has a base and an inflatable flexible portion wherein the center of the inflatable portion is higher than the edges. The device is used by placing the base on the floor and standing and moving on the bladder.

An inflatable device can be used for physical therapy, conditioning or training. The device has a support platform and a flexible member. The flexible member is attached or affixed to, and has a bowl-shaped distention projecting from one side of, the platform. This flexible member is inflatable to a pressure for supporting a person. The device is inflated in order to support at least some of the weight of a person by compressing the inflatable device at or adjacent to its center. When the person wishes to later change the characteristics of the device, the pressure in the inflatable device can be changed to change its stability.

Inflatable device and method for using the device

An exercise device comprises a relatively large diameter ball having a pair of handles projecting from opposite sides of the ball. To use the device, one may grasp one or both handles and manipulate the device following specific exercise routines.

An inflatable throw toy having a flexible wall defining an enclosure adapted to be thrown when inflated. A manually operated pump is fixed to the flexible wall. The pump includes a flexible resilient pump wall defining a closed pump chamber. The pump wall includes an actuator surface having an inlet hole therethrough, the inlet hole communicating with the closed pump chamber. The actuator surface is exposed to an exterior of the flexible wall and is surrounded by the flexible wall. The pump includes a one-way outlet valve in the pump wall at a location spaced from the inlet hole and communicating with an interior of the enclosure whereby pressing the actuator surface while covering the inlet hole causes the pumping chamber to contract, discharging air from the pumping chamber through the one way valve into the flexible wall for inflating the toy.
