A cable puller in accordance with some example embodiments is configured to pull rope or cable through a conduit. The cable puller includes a puller frame, a capstan rotatably mounted thereon, a boom mounted to the puller frame, and a handle extending from the boom. The handle can be pivoted to a variety of positions relative to the boom. A lock locks the handle into a desired position relative to the boom. In some embodiments, the boom is mounted to a wheel assembly, and in some embodiments, the handle is part of the wheel assembly.

A fish tape case is configured to house a fish tape. The fish tape includes a shell having an upper base wall, a lower base wall, an inner side wall extending between inner perimeters of the base walls and forming a central aperture through the shell, an outer side wall extending between outer perimeters of the base walls and defining an outer diameter of the shell, the walls defining a cavity therein, the upper base wall having a first opening therethrough in communication with the cavity through which the fish tape can exit, and the outer side wall having a second opening therethrough in communication with the cavity through which the fish tape can exit. A storage reel is mounted in the cavity for holding the fish tape.

Handle/kickstand for a cable puller

A cable puller in accordance with some example embodiments is configured to pull rope or cable through a conduit. The cable puller includes a puller frame having a first side and a second opposite side, first and second capstans rotatably mounted on the frame, and a motor operatively coupled to the first and second capstans and configured to rotate the first and second capstans. The first and second capstans extend outwardly from the same side of the frame.

An electrodialysis treatment system utilizing a plurality of disparate layers of an electrodialysis cell stack for separation of components in liquid mixtures. The system for electrodialysis treatment for purification and deionizing liquids includes providing an operation of pretreatment by filtration for removal of inorganic and organic contaminants and generating a filtrate effluent. An adsorbing operation for adsorbing organic contaminants from the filtrate effluent of the pretreatment operation is provided by utilizing activated carbon adsorption and generating a liquid fraction. A deionizing operation for continuously purifying the liquid fraction is provided by utilizing an electrodialysis stack having a plurality of ion exchange membranes and separating gaskets for selectively removing contaminant ions from the liquid fraction of the adsorbing operation. The deionizing operation provides continuous purifying and deionizing of the liquid fraction to generate ultra-pure water or other purified liquid mixtures.

System for electrodialysis treatment of liquids

An apparatus and system of operation of an electrodialysis membrane and gasket stack for separation of components in liquid mixtures is disclosed. The system of operation for purification and deionizing liquids includes an operation of pretreatment by filtration for removal of inorganic contaminants, includes an operation of adsorption for removing organic contaminants by activated carbon adsorption, and includes an operation of deionizing for removing ions from the effluent liquids. The deionizing operation includes an apparatus having an electrodialysis stack of a plurality of ion exchange membranes and separating gaskets for selectively removing contaminant ions. The combination of treatment operations and the deionizing operation provides a continuous operating system with minimized down-time and improved efficiencies over prior methods for purification of liquid mixtures.

An underground air conditioning apparatus for underground cooling outside air directed into a space comprising an open-air inlet for admitting outside air including air quality control apparatus including an above ground intake and a below ground outlet manifold, a blower for creating positive air pressure, a well means for providing an enlarged conduit for conducting the admitted air below the ground surface to a heat exchanger apparatus positioned underground and surrounded by soil segment, earth-embedded conduit means for exchanging thermal energy between the admitted air and the earth said earth conduit, extending underground between the well means and the space including a plurality of open-air tubes arranged in a tier in a common plane buried in the earth having an inlet end and an outlet end. Also included are inlet manifold means for distributing the outside air through a plurality of ports to the inlet end of the tier of tubes laid underground and outlet manifold apparatus for collecting the cooled air pumped through the open-air tubes via a plurality of outlet ports communicating with the open-air tubing; laid underground connected to sensing devices for detecting inlet pressure and outlet pressure, poor quality conditions and inlet and outlet temperature; and switch apparatus for directing the path of the incoming air by detecting the coolest heat exchanger path volume and path.
