The Scent would have the added benefit of being made of at least one of a color. Thereby affording anglers an innovative, adaptable, and more affordable type Lure.

This invention is a modification of a Diver. Added to the diver is an insert that is a semirigid, cylindrical rod. The diver is modified with a cavity with cupped ends with open top and sides in which the insert is placed. A strap arches over the center of the cavity and the insert. The insert can be a chemical light, a chemical light coated with fish attractin scent fish attracting scent or coated with fish attracting scent. The insert are interchangeable. In the preferred embodiment, the diver has two inserts that can of same type attractant or a different type of attractant. The two fish attracting insert within the cavities run parallel to the centerline of the main body and parallel to each other.

An accident response radio identification system is provided for use with vehicles carrying hazardous loads for identifying the loads to safety personnel when the vehicle is involved in an accident. A first communication unit on the motor vehicle is adapted to selectively transmit information describing the hazardous load in response to receiving an activation signal from a remote second communication unit. The second communication unit is adapted to convert the information describing the hazardous load received from the first communication unit into a form intelligible by human safety personnel. In addition, a logistics system is provided for use with a motor for compiling logistical information relating to an accumulated time the motor vehicle is driven. The system includes a memory unit for storing driving log information, a sensor for sensing movement of the vehicle and a control unit for receiving signals from the sensor and converting the signals into vehicle operation information and storing that information in the memory as the driving log information.

A signaling system (,) in the form of a dispatcher activated response identification system is provided for responding exclusively to a predefined signal transmitted from a first location through a telephone service line interconnected thereby with a telephone at a second location to assist responding personnel in identifying the second location when the predefined signal is transmitted from the first location. The signaling system includes first and second electronic circuits (,) at the second location. The first electronic circuit is adapted to generate a first signal (,) at the second location in response to receiving the predefined signal transmitted through the telephone service line. The second electronic circuit is physically separated from the first electronic circuit and is preferably placed where it is easily visible from the street such as in a window. The second electronic circuit generates a visual indicia at the second location in response to the first signal being transmitted from the first circuit. Preferably, the visual indicia is generated by a stroboscopic light emitting diode. The first electronic circuit is responsive to dual tone (DTMF) signals, a sequence of tone signals, or modem signals transmitted on the telephone service line. In an alternative preferred embodiment, the first electronic circuit is responsive to radio frequency signals transmitted from the dispatcher to the caller's location.

Apparatus is disclosed that will temporarily identify a building, house, or other structure to which emergency personnel have been dispatched. The apparatus, which is activated remotely by an emergency service dispatcher, includes, in one embodiment, a high-intensity stroboscopic light emitting diode (LED) placed in a location that is visible from the exterior of the structure, especially from the street. The circuit that activates and deactivates the LED is triggered by the dispatcher, who causes a specific tone to be transmitted over the telephone line after an individual in the structure telephones the emergency dispatcher. This new apparatus allows the practice of a new method for assuring that dispatched emergency personnel quickly and easily find the emergency site when they arrive at the general locale of the emergency. The method involves the activating of the dispatcher-activated response identification light (as the apparatus is called) by the dispatcher over the telephone line used by the person who telephones for emergency help.
