A shipping mailer has a first wall and a second wall that at least partially define an interior of the shipping mailer. The shipping mailer has a closed first end portion and a second end portion, the second end portion comprising an opening sealable by a closure. A plurality of corrugations are coupled to the first wall and to the second wall in the interior of the shipping mailer. The corrugations of the first wall and the corrugations of the second wall have respective preformed fold lines at the closed first end portion about which the first wall and the second wall are configured to fold when an object is inserted into the shipping mailer to create an end wall extending between the first and second walls at the closed first end portion of the shipping mailer.

A corrugated fiberboard blank has a first section that forms a container and a second section that is receivable within the formed container. The first section can be singlewall board and the second section can be singleface board that is hingedly coupled to the first section such that the second section can be received within the first section when the first section forms the container.

Single-piece package to contain and protect product

A container can include a container portion, a cover coupled to the container portion and configured to pivot between a closed position and an open position, and a product platform configured to receive a product. The product platform can be coupled to the container portion and configured to pivot between a first position in which the product platform is received within the container portion and a second position in which the product platform is inclined at least partially out of the container portion. The cover is configured to engage the product platform such that when the cover is pivoted from the closed position to the open position in a first direction, motion of the cover pivots the product platform in a second direction from the first position to the second position such that the product platform is inclined at least partially out of the container portion.

A container is disclosed. The container comprises a side portion including a plurality of side panels. The container further comprises a bottom portion including a plurality of bottom panels. Each of the plurality of bottom panels extend from a respective one of the plurality of sides. The container includes a first linerboard, a second linerboard, at least one corrugated medium positioned between the first and second linerboards, and at least one additional linerboard being coupled to at least a portion of the first linerboard.

Displayable modular container for produce

The present invention provides a stackable open-top container for use in shipping, storing and retail display of produce and other articles. The produce container contains a bottom wall, two side walls and two end walls. The ledges of the side walls of the present invention contain opposed concave curved scores. The produce container is formed by folding the side walls to the outside to achieve structural rigidity. The produce container of the present invention provides for full graphical coverage on all visible surfaces by use of a one-piece blank that is color coated/printed on only one side.

Displayable produce container and method for making the same

The present invention provides a stackable open-top container for use in shipping, storing and retail display of produce and other articles. The produce container of the present invention contains a bottom wall, two side walls, and two end walls. The concave ledges of the side walls contain curved scores. Each side wall contains two panels, each of which contains a mirrored curved score and two minor flaps. The curved scores cause the side walls to go into tension and create stacking shoulders for other containers. The minor flaps of the side walls surround the end walls to increase structural rigidity.

A flexible folding bag having a hold-open top to facilitate easy loading of the bag. The hold-open top is formed on the top edge of the bag from a plurality of top flaps connected to top edges of the bag sidewalls. The top flaps are adapted to be folded inwardly by a user to form one or more cuffs within said opening for maintaining the bag in a maximally open position. The cuffs hold the bag open by applying outward pressure on gusseted sidewalls of two opposing width panels and/or by applying outward pressure on the corners of the bag. In addition to holding the bag in an open position, the cuffs cause the top opening of the bag to be tear-resistant.

Reinforced hold-open bag

A ventilated container for storing fresh produce is formed from a unitary continuous blank. The ventilated container includes a bottom wall, first and second opposing side walls, and first and second opposing end walls. The first and second side walls and the first and second end walls intersect with one another to form four inside corners of the container. The container forms a plurality of vents to permit air to flow through the container. Each of the first and second end walls is formed from an inner panel and an outer panel hingedly connected to each other along a substantially rigid upper ledge. The container includes four polygonal corner posts disposed adjacent the respective four inside corners of the container and extending from the bottom wall to a height of the upper ends of the respective corners. To enhance the stacking strength of the container, first and second minor flaps extend from opposing ends of the first side wall and third and fourth minor flaps extend from opposing ends of the second side wall. Each of the first, second, third, and fourth minor flaps includes a pair of overlapping panels hingedly connected to each other. The first and third minor flaps are captured between the inner and outer panels of the first end wall, and the second and fourth minor flaps are captured between the inner and outer panels of the second end wall.

Stackable container for storing fresh produce

A stackable berry container comprises a bottom wall, a pair of opposing side walls, and first and second opposing end walls. Each of the first and second end walls forms a respective set of small vents spaced along the lengths of the end walls adjacent the bottom wall. Each of the first and second end walls further forms a respective large opening above the respective set of small vents. Each of the first and second end walls includes a bowed inner panel and an outer panel hingedly connected to each other along a rigid convex-shaped ledge. Each of the side walls including an inner panel and an outer panel hingedly connected to each other along an upper transverse edge. A first pair of minor flaps extends from opposing ends of the inner panel of one of the side walls and a second pair of minor flaps extends from opposing ends of the inner panel of the other of the side walls. One of the first pair of flaps and one of the second pair of flaps are captured between the inner and outer panels of the first end wall. The other of the first pair of flaps and the other of the second pair of flaps are captured between the inner and outer panels of the second end wall.

Stackable berry container

A shipping container for a book is provided formed from a single blank of foldable sheet material. The container includes top and bottom major panels, opposed side minor panels, end wall assemblies foldably connected to opposite ends of one major panel, and closure panels foldably connected to opposite ends of the other major panel. First tuck flaps are foldably connected to opposite ends of one side panel. Each closure panel has a foldable second tuck flap extending laterally from one side thereof. Each assembly includes a narrow first panel foldably connected to the one major panel, a second panel foldably connected to the first panel, and a narrow third panel foldably connected to the second panel. The first, second and third panels are arranged in side by side relation. The first panel is folded under the one major panel, and the second panel spans the distance therebetween, and engages an adjacent end surface of the book. The third panel engages the concealed surface of the other major panel. Each closure panel extends between corresponding ends of the major panels and is spaced outwardly from the assembly second panel and cooperates therewith to form a cavity disposed outwardly of the adjacent book end surface. The second tuck flap of each closure panel extends into the cavity and has an edge proximate the assembly second panel. Each first tuck flap extends into the adjacent cavity. The second tuck flaps span the distance between the first and third panels forming the adjacent cavity.
