Provided is an improved multilayered ceramic capacitor and an electronic device comprising the multilayered ceramic capacitor. The multilayer ceramic capacitor comprises first conductive plates electrically connected to first external terminations and second conductive plates electrically connected to second external terminations. The first conductive plates and second conductive plates form a capacitive couple. A ceramic portion is between the first conductive plates and said second conductive plates wherein the ceramic portion comprises paraelectric ceramic dielectric. The multilayer ceramic capacitor has a rated DC voltage and a rated AC Vwherein the rated AC Vis higher than the rated DC voltage.

More particularly, this invention relates to an integrated heavy lift and logistics vessel that is designed to carry out heavy lifting and logistic supply functions in a stable manner. The integrated heavy lift and logistics vessel is also equipped with safe refuge quarters, helipad(s), various forms of storage, and areas for storage.

A jackup deployed riser protection structure comprises a plurality of coupler receivers disposed onto a jackup hull, a tubular sleeve, wherein the tubular sleeve is a hollow structure that allows a riser to pass through, a support structure coupled with the tubular sleeve to provide support for the tubular sleeve, and a plurality of couplers coupled with the support structure, wherein each of the plurality of couplers is coupled with one of the plurality of coupler receivers, so that the jackup deployed riser protection structure is supported by the jackup hull in order to provide protection to the riser.

An improved way of using radiographic imagery to capture internal characteristics of a concrete structure, wherein radiographic film is placed on one side of the concrete structure and X-rays are transmitted towards the film from the other side. A target which is selectively radiographically impervious may be interposed to generate location or guidance indicia on the film. The target may itself be non-symmetric, such as being L-shaped, or alternatively or in addition, the location indicia may be non-symmetrically located on the target or alternatively, may be arrayed about the circumference of the target similar to numerals of a clock face. Imagery resulting from radiographic imagery may or may not display inclusions and other anomalies of the concrete structure.

A system and method for creating reformate with decreased carbon deposition. The system is made up of a steam source, a superheater, a fuel injection device, a prereformer, and a reformer with catalyst linings. The system functions to superheat steam while maintaining the fuel at a lower temperature prior to injection and mixing with the steam. After injection and mixing, the steam and fuel mixture is then passed through a prereformer where catalysts treat a portion of the fuel and steam mixture. After these portions are treated with a catalyst, the mixture is passed through to a reformer where further treatment of the material by catalyst takes place.

An improved way of using radiographic imagery to locate inclusions within concrete. Radiographic film is placed on one side of a concrete structure and X-rays are transmitted towards the film from the other side. A target which is selectively radiographically impervious is interposed to generate location indicia on the film. Once developed, the film may be used to generate an image display such as a paper bearing indicia from the film or may be used directly to mark the location of inclusions on the concrete. The target may comprise a metallic plate with a viewing window and location indicia rendered in radiographically impervious material to establish measurement indicia in the final film image.

A deer-stand and deer-carrier rack for an ATV enables a hunter to transport a deer-stand and to easily transport a deer using an ATV. U-clamps and adjustable attaching bars attach a deer-carrier rack to the rear of an ATV. The essentially rectangular frame of the deer-stand rack has a rearwardly facing oblique pair of arms and a pair of frontwardly facing L-shaped brackets. The rearwardly facing arms can carry a deer stand while the frontwardly facing L-shaped bracket holders can carrier different types of hunting gear. A deer carrier is also adjustably attachable to the front carrier of an ATV. The deer carrier has a rectangular frame, which is attached to the carrier of the ATV, and a hinged lower frame that folds down when the deer is to be loaded. The lower hinged frame also has wings to accommodate the deer. Once the deer is loaded onto the lower carrier in the horizontal position, the lower carrier is lifted upwardly to an essentially vertical position. The lower carrier may then be secured to the front of the ATV by straps to enable the ATV and hunter to transport the deer.

A transport neutral technique allows an object manager to communicate with a CIM repository using any of a variety of protocols. The object manager software is independent of the transport mechanism used and need not be changed if the transport mechanism changes. A computer system to be managed includes a CIM object manager and any number of provider APIs that provide resource information about the computer system. A CIM repository stores classes and instances used by the object manager. A remote application computer runs a software management application that communicates with the object manager of the computer system using a local client API. A Repository API of the object manager includes an interface definition defining all methods called by the object manager. Also included is a protocol-specific class that implements the interface definition; there is a protocol-specific class for each protocol desired to be supported. Each class implements methods using a specific protocol. A factory class is executed when the object manager invokes a method call passing in a desired protocol parameter. The factory class creates a protocol-specific object of one of the protocol-specific classes depending on the protocol parameter. The object is returned to the object manager which executes one of its protocol-specific methods thus allowing communication to a repository using a protocol independent of the object manager.

The device driver registers each application in response to a request for application-to-application communication. During registration, the device driver determines the addressing mode of the application being registered. An address mapping operation is performed and the results of the mapping operation along with other information about the application are stored in a data store administered by the kernel of the device driver. The device driver allows two applications of dissimilar addressing mode to communicate with one another without a priori knowledge of the communicating partner's addressing mode. A server system connected to the common network includes a data storage device storing a plurality of databases including a first database and a second database, a memory device storing code for the system, a plurality of client devices coupled to the computer processor and a processor coupled to the data storage device and the memory device, the processor executing code for the system such that the system is operable to (a) receive raw data and convert the raw data into first formatted data (FFD); (b) route the FFD to the first database; (c) compare the FFD with historical data (HD) according to a set of predetermined rules and protocols in order to determine if a condition has been satisfied with the HD located in the second database; and (d) notify the plurality of client devices if the condition has been met and provide the new content aggregated data.
