The invention discloses an energy storage device, comprising: a housing provided with at least one connector; and a battery module arranged in the housing, the battery module including: a plurality of batteries; a battery rack accommodating the plurality of batteries; at least one bus arranged on a surface of the battery rack and connected to the plurality of batteries; at least one connecting rod connected between the bus and the connector; and at least one insulator sheathed onto the connecting rod. The insulator is provided with a bridging portion, two side pieces, and two inward protrusion portions. An opening end is formed between ends of the two side pieces. The connecting rod passes through the opening end and is sheathed by the insulator. Therefore, the battery module of the present invention has low cost and simple design.

A connector and labeling forming method thereof is provided. The method includes: a laser engraving device generating a laser beam, and controlling the laser beam to engrave a label on a labeling part of a metal shell of a connector. The connector includes a metal shell and a label. The metal shell has a labeling part and the label is engraved on the labeling part by a laser beam. As such, the invention can engrave the label on the labeling part of the metal shell of the connector by using the laser engraving technology to replace the traditional self-adhesive label, thereby being able to solve all the problems caused by the self-adhesive label.

Connector and laser engraving label forming method thereof

The present invention provides a differential paired cable with compensation functions, including: a first wire; a second wire; a first insulating layer; a second insulating layer; a ground wire; and a shielding layer. By controlling at least one of a length difference between the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer exposed outside of the shielding layer to be greater than 0.1 mm, a diameter difference between the first wire and the second wire to be greater than 0.005 mm, and a length difference between a welding portion of the first wire and a welding portion of the second wire to be greater than 0.05 mm, a signal transmission rate of one of the first wire and the second wire is compensated, so as to reduce an intra pair skew of the differential paired cable.

A battery module with nano-composite coating includes at least one battery pack which includes a plurality of batteries and at least two busbars, and at least one circuit board. Each battery are connected with two electrodes. The metal barrel body of each battery is coated with a first nano coating. The plurality of the batteries are connected to the two busbars by a plurality of wires, each busbar and the electrodes of the plurality of the batteries exposed outside are coated with a second nano coating. The at least one circuit board is connected to each busbar. The at least one circuit board is coated with a third nano coating. The plurality of the wires are used for being soldered with each battery, each busbar and the at least one circuit board of which soldering positions are coated with a fourth nano coating.

A USB cable structure includes a cable body and a plurality of wires. The cable body extends a length along an axial direction and forms an inner space, and the inner space forms an elliptical cross-section in the radial section of the cable body perpendicular to the axial direction. A transmission cable includes a conductor and a composite layer. The composite layer is formed by having an inner surface of an outer wrap layer adhered to an outer surface of an inner wrap layer with a glue material. The composite layer wraps the conductor and an inner surface of the inner wrap layer is in contact with an outer surface of the conductor. The inner wrap layer is made of polytetrafluoroethylene with a foaming degree of 65% to 77%, and the outer wrap layer is made of polyimide. The composite layer is made by drawing cable at a rate of 0.1-0.5 m/min and taping with an overlap percentage between 32% and 37% during a wrapping process.

A cable connector assembly includes a circuit board, a plurality of grounding elements and a plurality of cables.
