The present invention relates to a method of coating a polyurethane pultrusion composite material, comprising: a) preparing a polyurethane pultrusion composite material by a polyurethane pultrusion process, the polyurethane pultrusion process comprising: impregnating a fiber reinforcing material with polyurethane resin, and then curing the impregnated fiber reinforcing material in a mold to provide a polyurethane pultrusion composite material; and b) drawing the polyurethane pultrusion composite material to leave the mold, and then on-line applying waterborne coating(s) to the polyurethane pultrusion composite material at a temperature ranging from 30 to 90&#xb0; C. The method according to the present invention can achieve a good coating to the polyurethane pultrusion composite material.

Coating method of polyurethane pultrusion composite material

The invention relates to a fiber reinforced polymer composite material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the fiber reinforced polymer composite material comprises a polymeric resin matrix in a continuous phase, and chemical fiber fabric and reinforced fibers dispersed in the polymeric resin matrix, and the chemical fiber fabric covers the reinforced fibers so as to avoid exposure of the reinforced fibers to an outside surface of the composite material. The invention reduces or even avoids exposure of the reinforced fibers of the fiber reinforced polymer composite material, and can be used for manufacturing cable bridges, frames of doors, windows and curtain walls, etc. The method for preparing the fiber reinforced polymer composite material of the invention effectively improves the performance of the composite material and also reduces the cost of surface treatment and increases production efficiency.

The present invention relates to a process for preparing a polyurethane composite material, comprising steps of: I) preparing a premolded polyurethane molding body, wherein the premolded polyurethane molding body is prepared from a polyurethane composition under a condition that isocyanate groups and isocyanate-reactive groups comprised in the polyurethane composition undergo an addition reaction; II) curing the premolded polyurethane molding body to prepare the polyurethane composite material, wherein the premolded polyurethane molding body cures by the radical polymerization of active olefinic bonds. The present invention relates to a polyurethane resin composition for preparing a polyurethane composite, having (a) an organic polyisocyanate; (b) an isocyanate-reactive component having (b1) one or more polyether carbonate polyols which are prepared by addition of carbon dioxide and alkylene oxides onto starters having active hydrogen using DMC catalysts, and (b2) one or more polyols which have a functionality of 2-6 and are selected from polyether polyols, polyester polyols, polymer polyols or combinations thereof; and (c) a blowing agent having an amount of 0-0.2 wt. % based on 100% by weight of the isocyanate-reactive component (b).
